You would be able to get at least one good find, but now it feels as if they just source as much of the cheapest things they can find or ask so much for the few quality items they do have that you may as well go to Macy's where you will have more luck. read more

I normally don't write reviews, but today it is necessary. So I had two returns, to which one item was not working. As I'm telling the cashier Olivia about not putting the item back on the floor, she tells me to hold up because she was texting on her personal phone at the time. I then purchased a few items and Olivia charged and gave me a bag that I didn't need or ask for. I told her that I didn't ask for a bag and that little rude employee says, "You want your ten cents back, it's not that serious!" If I wasn't first a grownup and a professional, I would've embarrassed her. She needs to be retrained and learn some manners. Everybody that she encounters won't be me. read more

The store has very good prices and is in a strategic location. The security guards are the problem; if they're chatting amongst themselves at the entrance, they ignore you and don't greet you. They treat you badly if you try to leave your shopping cart in the collection area inside the store. Not to mention that the cart's brake engages even inside the store when you're near the entrance or exit. It seems they're afraid we'll all run out like wild horses with carts full of unpaid merchandise. read more

Was at new store on St. George Ave in Woodbridge today and only 3 registers open out of 10. Line was way too long. When I called back to complain, manager hung on me 3 times, said call corporate and then called me honey? Really? Disrespectful, unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Don't waste and time going there considering they have no idea on how to run a store. read more

While a certain level of chaos and disorganization is expected when shopping in discount retail stores such as this, I continue to be amazed by how little the employees care when it comes to the clothing racks/merchandise and especially customers. I think it is obnoxious to begin closing announcements an hour and a half before they are set to close. Every time I am here, I have to do a double take at my watch because they actually go as far as LYING to their customers about the time just so they can leave earlier. They will say they are closed and virtually chase you out of the aisles when there is still a good half hour left. Also, I had the misfortune of dealing with the most negative, disrespectful, co descending individual I have ever come across in a store. This woman kept barking that they were closed and while at the register her attitude continued to the point where my fiancé had to say something about how our work schedules do not afford the luxury of shopping earlier. Our three year old son was in desperate need of a coat and other essential items. I could not even navigate the boys clothing to find much because it was a disaster with clothes strewn all over the place. read more

Can find some decent items if you take the time to look carefully through all the racks. Did not have a good selection of winter coats for men, but it was a bit late in the season and maybe they removed most of their stock. What was left were either very large sizes or things that were missing buttons or had a huge square tear on the front. Racks are organized for the most part in terms of men/women, home goods, etc, considering it's a bargain store. I didn't see any staff members on the floor reorganizing anything, so things could get a little jumbled or messy. There were some women's items/coats mixed in with the men's. Prices are reasonable. Had a lot of name brands, like London Fog, Nautica, Tommy Hilfiger, which were heavily discounted from $150/120 to $60 for example. Lines did appear to be long but they did not wrap around throughout the aisles or anything like that. But be prepared to wait, especially during a holiday weekend/weekend. Had a large parking lot, but have to drive carefully as they were doing a ton of construction and it just looked confusing to get to. Would come back, but must have patience to really browse for something good. Just like any other good deal/find, you have to put in the time. read more

You guys seriously need to try and staff more employees and management on the weekends. Especially at the register with only 2 people. The weekends are your main focus where most people are off. First time in awhile I came here and there was barely anything to buy from women's apparel which to me is a surprise. Maybe next time, it'll be different. read more

This has got to be the worst run store I have ever seen. It is dirty, unorganized and messy. However, the absolute worst part are the lines. My husband and I waited in line for 50 minutes yesterday. The line was wrapped well around into the aisles, not moving an inch and ONE register was open. This one register was being run by a young man who was obviously new and needed to stop and go find someone to ask questions every few minutes. There were other women behind the registers doing absolutely nothing but looking at how badly the line was backed up. One of them opened a register and checked out exactly TWO customers before closing down. I cannot stress enough how poorly this store is run and will never return. Newer store. Still organized and clean. Always find some nice deals on Yankee candle and some unique shower curtains and hand towels. Another good buy here is bed linens. You can really get some nice goodies and they always have different selection from time to time read more

Every tine I go the lines are super long with maybe 2 registers going. Today, 1 register going the line was 15 customers deep.... horrible! When I asked if there was anyone to work a register , I was told no ... there was inventory this morning and everyone just left the 2 people in the store alone...... so only 2 employees in one big store? Prepare to wait in line for a long long long time. With seemingly no interest by staff to move things along or properly staff.

I don't know if this is to be expected or supposed to happen on a regular basis to everybody but shortly after I entered the store, my mom and I were followed by numerous of employees who would linger at the same isle either me or my mother would be at. This upsetted me to no end and I see this behavior inappropriate. Couple of other individuals were shopping at the same area and they weren't followed. Sad to inform, the other clients were white. It wasn't until when more customers arrived to the same area, the following/stalking reduced for a bit and then stopped. This isn't at all a great experience for me nor for my mother and I really wasn't sure if we were targeted or profiled. We were shopping at the bath and body, facial hygiene area. The only two Latinas at that time in that isle before more customers arrived. Uncertain if there is a higher likelihood of theft in that area but regardless I didn't enjoy being followed and stalked. Literally they weren't even organizing or filling the shelves. Just hanging right beside me and my mother. All I kept thinking was to " keep your distance from me and let me be". Otherwise, prices are phenomenal and great merchandise! Please hold your clients with respect and acknowledge curtsey.
