I pretty much live here! I don't usually need help so I can't say if their customer service is great or bad. They usually have everything I need and also have things atvlower prices then other places so I definitely like that. The isles and shelves are 85% of the time organized and I totally appreciate that aspect because some locations are a mess. I did wish it was cleaner outside but you can't blame them much since customers can be so inconsiderate.

When you enter the lot of this Walmart you're immediately teleported to Alabama.. or at least what I picture it's like... If this store did not have sweet baby rays beef jerky I'd never go back... EVER! Parking lot is the biggest pain in the ass.. one ways in which no one abides and then are assholes when you're in their way. People make up their own spots which I saw just today! The deals, yes, can't be beat. But the people that shop here are just.. wow. Savages. I got followed around the store once and eventually cornered by a guy asking if I'd like to meet him in the bathroom? Wtffff I wonder if that worked for him before.. Went to check out when my cashier was approached by another employee..who lifted her shirt exposing her large belly to scratch her boob area... where am I? Oh yeah zero greeting by the fuckin greeter or cashier... But we want 15$ an hour.

Walking around the store and its busy. My main purpose was to exchange my old water by bottles and was treated so rude
    Lonie L.

Coming in to exchange 4 water bottles and the machine didn't disperse out the tkts so we can purchase new water bottles. An associate told me it would take a moment and left me waiting by the water cage in front of the registers for now 10min. I don't understand why it other difficult to receive 4 water tkts from an associate!

    Finally someone shows up

By far the filthiest Walmart I have ever shopped !! What is going on here the parking lots, the bathrooms, the poor selections, they even removed all the price check scanners so you need to go to the register to check things. They always have minimal staff at registers and pick up counters, and I came in a few times to buy some inexpensive folding chairs and on my second run after I loaded the chairs in my vehicle and finally got to my destination to unload them I found chewing gum stuck to the outside carry bag of one. So gross this store can't even keep their merchandise clean. I truly wish this store would just close its doors and take the filth with it. I shopped here about 2:30pm and after parking my vehicle way at the back of the lot come to find my front hood opened and I am certain it was closed so I don't know how or who messed with it but this is not a safe lot or store to shop. It defiantly brings the neighborhood down and attracts crime/problems to the area. It also is not a 24hour store I'm sure to to the high police presence needed here.

Good produce section and lots of frozen fruit pulps with exotic fruits of some I have never seen before like Lulo, until I saw the fresh Lulo too at the produce section along with giant cactus pieces and cactus fruit! There was a box of frozen breadfruit which looked like giant cherimoyas! Boxes of tamarind, fresh and dried poblanos could be had here. Lots of Latin products and even green Puerto Rican Sofrito! Household items tend to be more here. If you need a broom, check the various other stores on Smith Street for better prices. I spied Mexican pan as well as lots of cookies, crackers and guava pastes galore! There were pastilles rolled sheets, twine and empanada wrappers! You can get fresh pork rinds at $12.99 a pound as well as other hot prepared foods. At the time I went, there were some hot foods on display! Big fried empanadas too! I hope to come back to check out the Supremo again! I will take the advice of the fellow Yelper and bring cash too! Otherwise, a pleasant find during this trip!

** Great Selection and Fresh Produce!**…read more Lotte Market is one of the better Asian grocery stores around--definitely a go-to if you're looking for a wide variety of Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Southeast Asian ingredients under one roof. The store is clean, well-organized, and the produce section is surprisingly fresh with lots of options you don't usually find in regular supermarkets. The seafood section is a standout--plenty of fresh fish and shellfish, and they even clean or cut it for you on request. The meat section is also well-stocked with cuts popular in Asian cuisine. You'll find everything from marinated bulgogi to hotpot essentials. There's a great range of snacks, noodles, sauces, frozen dumplings, and ready-to-eat meals. The in-store bakery and food court are added bonuses--try the Korean fried chicken or fresh buns! Parking is usually decent, but weekends can get crowded. Prices are a little on the higher side compared to smaller ethnic stores, but the convenience and variety make up for it. Service and billing slower at times Still, highly recommended for any Asian grocery shopping needs!

The least crowded of the newer Asian markets…read more They're a little more out of the way and not as trendy and fun to shop in as H Mart but there isn't the same congestion and chaos here. Sometimes H Mart feels like it was purposefully designed to have that chaos in mind, like you're meant to get overwhelmed by the sheer amount and variety of goods they offer, to meander through their tighter layout to discover something. Adds to the bustling atmosphere. Kind of like Costco and Trader Joe's. You're always going to leave buying something you never intended to. H Mart tends to cost more than the other Asian markets and caters more towards the youth. Lotte has the cleanliness of H Mart with nearly as much ethnic goods as them, if not more in the South and Southeast Asian department. Their overall design and layout is simpler so it's easier and faster to find what you need. They have pretty consistent sales to boot. Peace and quiet, great for elders and families. Lotte remains to be the most balanced and the IDEAL in terms of shopping experience, variety, quality, and value of all of the Asian markets. Go to the back past 6pm for 30-50% off discounted prepared food. I personally find some of their items, like kimbap, to be better than H Mart's. Food court is also significantly less busy than H Mart's.

Would I recommend it? Yes. Is it worth seeing once? Also yes. It has that big, theatrical, old-school deli energy where the portions are part of the show. That said, I'm not in the camp that every good restaurant is automatically a five-star spot. When everything is a five, it gets harder to separate the truly elite places, the hometown heroes, and the restaurants worth planning a trip around. Harold's lands for me as a very solid three-point-something, graciously rounded to four because they have a Marine Corps flag hung in reception. The food was good, the portions were whatever you make it, and the whole place has novelty value without feeling like a total gimmick. The sandwiches are large enough to satisfy a hungry, medium-sized guy without completely defeating him. And honestly, on a menu full of meat, my favorite thing may have been the healthy pickled salad/pickle bar situation -- bright, crunchy, and a great counterbalance to the heavier deli classics. My biggest knock was the service atmosphere. There seemed to be an army of staff, but not much interaction beyond their phones. Maybe I caught it at an off time, and maybe the place comes alive when it's packed, but that kept the experience from feeling warmer or more special. Overall: fun stop, good food, convenient location, and worth doing if you're passing through. Memorable four.
