    This HomeGoods is (fairly) newly renovated. I didn't see much of a difference from its previous set up but it does have more of the modern marketing and signage. I've always liked the Woodbridge HomeGoods and it is definitely my favorite that I've been to so far. There is a good selection in each category at great prices. I am so happy it is just a HomeGoods, I really hate the stores that are fused into a Marshall's or TJ Maxx, they usually lack selection and neatness. This past visit I came on a Wednesday night one week before Christmas. Despite it being 930pm the store was in good shape and there was a pretty big selection everywhere we looked, including Christmas themed gifts and decor. 5/5

    I really enjoyed this location! It was big and spacious. Every isle was fully stocked which was nice to see. They had a wide variety of items in the store. I would visit again.

    Love home goods.. very very good selection of products and very reasonably priced ! Love going here once in a while and pick stuff for my house .. easy return policies too . Very friendly customer service .. overall a very good place for home needs .

    Just recently moved in with my boyfriend. Had plans to get some furniture and decided to check out homegoods. The furniture selection is unique and good quality. Much nicer than other furniture shops that have cookie cutter styles. Original and at a discounted price. Store was neat and the service was great. They helped us get everything into the car and rolled up the rug! Overall great experience.

    Every time I go to the store I can't never buy anything that I want. Pillows for my sectional sofa and/or table lamp.

We had just come from both of those stores- myself and 2 friends...a married couple who wanted to go inside to peek at some of their mattresses. I tried to talk them out of it. I felt like they could get a better deal off of Amazon or somewhere else. They both insisted on going in but came back out very disappointed 15 minutes later. They said they were looking at mattresses and the entire time, the sales associate was playing games on his phone. They asked the associate some questions but he was extremely disengaged and nonchalant. He kept telling them the information was listed on the sign attached to the mattresses and "to read it." As the couple continued to press for answers, the associate eventually addressed their questions after he realized the information was actually NOT indicated on the sign as he had originally advised. My friend (the wife) came out to get me in the car. She asked me to go in. She said she was not satisfied with the information she received from the associate and wanted me to push for more information. It's a shame when a customer has to do a song and dance to get information about buying a product from a store :-/ It's like "Do you want my money or not???" I went in. The first problem was the mask-less sales associate who seemed unaware that we're in the midst of a pandemic. I asked the associate more questions but each time he answered us, he started with "I told her...." His sentences started out that way because he felt he needed to reaffirm the fact that he had already given the information to my friend. At this point, I felt the associate needed some additional training. It's super-unprofessional to speak to/about customers in that manner and I didn't like him standing 3 feet away from me with NO face mask on. The other thing is my friend asked him about a mattress which was attached to a bedroom set that apparently had been discontinued. The associate kept saying he could not sell her the mattress because the set was discontinued and it was the last one. It took my friend asking the question in 4 different ways before he actually understood what she was saying. I understood her so I don't understand why he did not. Maybe because he was so into his phone and not wholeheartedly into connecting with the customer and processing what it was she was actually inquiring about. You would certainly think the review would end here but I must say that things kinda changed. The associate out of nowhere went to put his face mask on then he became extremely helpful in addressing our questions and suggesting mattresses. He was even kind enough to call his supervisor on the phone in order to get additional information to questions we had and he offered us a discount. The problem is their prices are not that great. The signs plastered all over the windows of the establishment indicated they were going out of business and having a 50% off liquidation sale but if their prices reflected 50% off, I can only imagine that full price is 80% overpriced and that's why they're going out of business in the first place. Pablo the associate turned out to not be so bad after all but I do wish he would have been more helpful from the beginning then we would not have wasted precious time trying to pull information out of him from the start. I do not recommend this place because there's quite a bit of overpriced furniture here and nothing really special. I really love that silver set I snapped a pic of so I'm actually looking for it somewhere else for a better price. Please advise if you know where I can get it :-)

    Bought queen mattress from this place because we didn't want to spend a lot of money. We paid for…read moredelivery and they were five days late on our estimated date and it was very difficult to get in touch with someone to reschedule. When we finally got our delivery the mattress came opened on top with saran wrap around it. Thankfully it was not damaged or dirty. The delivery guys were so unprofessional they rushed it up the stairs causing damage to our walls and breaking a family board right off our wall causing damage to the sheet rock. If you buy any thing from this place pick it up yourself. Pablo the sales rep was they only nice thing about this place.

    I do not recommend buying from this store. Eight weeks ago, I bought a couch during their Labor Day…read moresale. I bought (and paid in full for) a couch identical to the floor sample, not special requests. I was told it would be 4-6wks for delivery... I still don't have a couch. When I called two weeks ago, I was told it was a special order and those take longer but that the store manager would call me later that day to discuss. Two days later, he finally called me back to apologize for the delay but guaranteed my couch would be delivered a week from that Saturday. Well, today I called to inquire when it would be delivered tomorrow and the salesman on the phone told me they didn't have it yet but maybe it would come in this weekend. At this point, I asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait for the store manager, who doesn't work until tomorrow at 3. This is the same guy who sold me the couch, then promised 4-6wks, didn't return my call for two days, then promised delivery tomorrow, which isn't happening. Bottom line: horrible delivery time, customer service and at this point, thieves.

It's almost November and I still have to place my glasses and cell phone at the side of the bed on the floor. My wife is using a clothes hamper as nightstand. All I want are my night stands. I paid 100% of the money but never received 100% of my order.
