I have been a member of Burn Alpharetta for 2 years and can't say enough good things about this gym. I've always worked out but never really enjoyed it. It was just something I had to do. I would go through the motions and never really challenge myself. And because of that I never really saw my body change. At Burn, each day is different. It's a 45 minute workout (doesn't sound like a lot, but it works!) and its challenging. I'm significantly stronger today than I was when I walked thru the doors 2 years ago. But, it's not only about the workout. Burn is more than a gym, it's a community. I actually enjoy showing up each morning to see my Burn family. Our bond and passion for working out with the members and instructors of Burn has allowed our friendships to grow outside of the gym. Patrick, Mateus and Madison are the heart beat of that community feeling. They show up each day with a smile, energy and motivation. They also bring their love of fitness, health and community outside of the gym by coordinating local gatherings such as running club, Savage races, and more. Their day to day truly runs Burn Blue and their love for their members shows everyday. They provide 1:1 help, if needed, and push you if they believe you can handle it. I watch new members come through the door each day and they are all immediately welcomed in by everyone. I have met so many new faces over the years and continue to do so thanks to Burn. I have been a loyal member of the Burn Alpharetta Community since Sept 2017 when my friend referred me. I have a history of running but got out of the exercise habit after my 2nd child. After almost a year and a half I've rediscovered my love of fitness and found a great community of other members (women and men) and supportive trainers. The gym DOES NOT have repetitive workouts. I have never repeated the same workout twice - EVER! Matt is the head trainer and is aware of his client's individual fitness needs whether it is modifying for injuries, increasing difficultly or just challenging you to do your best. Patrick, the owner is also a great trainer and is a committed fitness professional with a desire to see his clients succeed. Madison is also a great trainer though I have less experience with her. This team has been consistent since I started with no turnover. I have never personally heard them shaming clients. This is a fun workout environment that gives as much as you put in and commit to yourself. There is a year-round 14-day free trial and free Saturday camps if you want to try it. read more

From the first day I walked in to Burn Bootcamp Alpharetta (March 2018) to simply make an inquiry, I received a warm welcome from Patrick and few ladies that were at the desk. Patrick told me about the "Chose You" campaign that was about to begin and even invited me to try for 14days free before paying for the campaign. I have tried so many times to get in shape and have failed until I made the commitment to Burn Bootcamp Alpharetta. Getting up at 4:30am every morning is not easy but so worth it! Mat, Patrick and Madison encourages and takes the time to guide us through each workout! The entire team is supportive, cheers you on and are committed to see you reach your goals. I started at Burn Bootcamp Alpharetta when it opened 2 years ago. I can honestly say it's the only workout I've ever LOVED going to! I used to hate working out more than anything. I was shocked when I realized how much I loved this amazing, intense 45 minute workout. Patrick and the other trainers at the gym have done such an amazing job of making it into a family. I've now moved away and even though I love my new Burn I go to, nothing compares to the amazing community Patrick, Mateus and Madison have made in Alpharetta. If you're too far from Alpharetta I HIGHLY recommend becoming a member of Patrick's new location in Cumming! I have made life long friends and I'm healthier and stronger than ever thanks to Burn Bootcamp Alpharetta. I have had a gym membership for close to 10 years but never made much progress because there was no one holding me accountable. That changed when I joined Burn BootCamp Alpharetta. They have mastered the art of building community around workout; you feel like you are working out with friends which is encouraging and motivating. The trainers know the members individually, and know how far to push them. I have been at Burn for a few months now and I love it. The gym has a great environment and great energy which keeps me motivated. Every workout is something different and they are constantly surprising us with new exercises. You never know what you are going to get and I like that. Even though the classes can be big sometimes (depends on what time you go), the trainers are walking around to provide encouragement and assistance to help you. They will provide modifications if you need to change something up and make sure that you are doing things the right way. It's a great gym and highly recommend it! read more

I am super involved in the fitness community but it wasn't until I found Burn Boot Camp Alpharetta that I actually found a real community inside a gym! It is awesome to see women supporting one another during camps and having trainers that not only push you to be your best on the floor but off the floor as well! I have been a member of this gym for the past year, I even became a BA because I loved the community so much. I can attest to the fact that we never engage in fat shaming of any clients. We are a body positive business and we cater everyones individual needs. You will never find a more supportive community of people to lift you up and guide you on your journey. I started going to Burn back in April and have already seen such a difference in my body. I am stronger, healthier, and more confident. The trainers are amazing and will always be there to give you that extra push or to correct your form when you need it. I have never experienced a fitness community like this one. I am excited to go to Burn every day and feel like I am missing out when I can't be there. Prior to stepping in to Burn Boot Camp Alpharetta 18 months ago, I was a notorious gym hopper. I got bored other places and needed to move on to change it up.
