I called to reserve and he welcomed me to the first class by text. I've been really happy with the workouts, even though I have never been a morning workout person. The programs are varied and efficient. Matthew does not have a 'drill sargeant' style, so my preconceptions of 'boot camps' are not a problem. It is go your own pace, if you're feeling it or not on any given day, if you can just make it to class, there's a workout for you. 530am class is generally busiest. 630, 730, and 830 classes currently have room for more students. Even though I did not get to my 6% body fat goal, I have lost at least 4.5% in body fat and 10 lbs in weight. That is wonderful and it has kept me motivated. I have always felt more energized after coming back from one of their sessions. Ross, Bethany, Lynn, Sara, and Vivianna are wonderful coaches and they make sure you're exercising to your fullest potential but also staying safe at the same time.
