The guidance and tips from trainers Goran & Mia absolutely improved my somewhat marginal positioning during various exercises. And they constantly watch out for people so they don't overdo. But be clear, if they know you can do a few more reps, they will cheer you on to squeeze a few more in. Goran says once it starts to feel like you are getting tired from the reps, try to do 5 more because those last 5 are the ones that really count to tax your muscles so they will strengthen. Everyone is encouraging and kind and truly wants to see you improve and get stronger. And in my first several weeks of going (1 hr 3x week), I meet some wonderful people who have been going to Premier Fitness for many years, even decades! That should tell you something right there!

When I told him to move away, he resorted to a series of insults that were reported to management. I really don't know what his psychiatric situation is or how long he's been a member. No one should have to tolerate this, and it should not be dignified as "two reasonable adults." He's clearly used to getting his own way. he was sneering the rest of the time he was there, occupying said machine for a long time. If I'm spoken to like this again, it will be a police matter. Nor should your desk or housekeeping staff have to tolerate anything like this. Thank you.

You can scan and walk in to the gym but you need supervision when you scan in and want to use black card amenities, requiring an employees assistance. This gym does not have adequate machinery. They have 1 machine that everyone uses and 10 machines no one will ever touch. Advertises judgement / hostile free environments but allows creeps to sit at machines for 30-60 minutes at a time , not doing a single exercise besides moving their eyes and thumbs. Disgusting environment. Have emailed and called numerous times to request refund and cancel membership, they refuse to by playing the franchise game or constantly saying a manager is unavailable.
