We absolutely love Cloud House! My 3-year-old especially loves the daily experiments and activities. He learns so much while having fun, and it's amazing to see how excited he gets to participate and discover something new. We also love that they change themes each week and bring out new, exciting toys and activities, so there's always something fresh to look forward to. After completing 10 activities, he received the cutest little present from the staff, which was such a thoughtful and special touch! The relaxing music they play creates such a nice, calming atmosphere, and the staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. On top of all that, the facilities are absolutely immaculate. Wow, I drove 45 minutes to experience Cloud House and I WILL be driving out here again. Acoustic, gentle music with low stimulation but great sensory activities. Totally appropriate from infant to 7-8 years old. My 4, 3, and babies all had the best time playing independently (NO ONE WAS CLIMBING ON ME) and with the open and quiet layout, my kids felt safe and comfortable enough to climb and explore. Antonio and Jasmine were so helpful over the phone and in person they even had TWO different craft activities in where they at down with the kids and taught them about the subject of the week. (Transportation) I loved that part. Two hours is a great window of time enjoy the space though we totally could have stayed longer. Wow! What an amazing find! This place is perfect for your baby or toddler to come enjoy, escape the heat and hang out with other babies and parents! Everyone is so nice. They have a separate play area for 0-6 month olds and now that our baby is 10 months she's crawling around putting all the toys in her mouth. Thankfully they have a depository and they've thought of that to disinfect the toys. This place is well worth the drive, we will be back! Reasonably priced too! The climbing structure is clean and safe, and I love that I can see into all the corners. The activity changes monthly are great, restrooms are clean, snack area is easily accessible. We have been wanting to take our daughter ever since a discounted flyer was given at her daycare. We made plans to go this weekend and had a flyer mailed to our home for a free admission ($30). Parents are free. As suggested online, I called the day prior to reserve a time slot. Glad I called as there was an event, which closed the facility at noon. We decided to reserve a time slot for Sunday at 10am. Just remember to fill out the waiver paperwork online prior to arrival. Walking in was easy and quick as there was a staff member at the front. It was pretty busy, but not too hectic. There are cubbies on the left to place your belongings and a gate to enter the play area. Our daughter played for the entire 2 hours of being there. No issues with any of the children, parents, or staff. I enjoyed having the snack area at the far back and restrooms that were kid friendly with a changing table. The employees conducted some kind of crafts activity but made no attempt to see if my toddler (1 of 3 toddlers in the room) wanted to participate. I was excited to visit with my 8 month old so we could get out of the house for a bit and I see this place every time we go to Venezias, so we finally gave it a try today. I was a bit underwhelmed, but it may be due to my daughter's age and inability to play with most of the toys. The pros: * It was very clean and I appreciate that there is a bucket for toys that are mouthed to ensure they are cleaned * It was nice and cool inside * Staff was friendly * The ball pit looks like a blast for bigger kids * It's free for 0-6 months and only $5 for kids under 1 The cons (for us specifically): * We wandered around and there wasn't much for my daughter to do/play with. The big rock pile in the front is for 3+ and most activities are for slightly older kids * The space is small and narrow, so I didn't feel like I could sit on the ground and play with my daughter without being in the way. There's a small circular rug next to a toy stand, but another mom was there with her kids and there wasn't enough room for two Overall not a bad experience but we probably won't be back until my daughter is a toddler and able to run around and enjoy the full space. read more

This place is everything your little could want! It's well air conditioned, clean, and everything is padded. The range of educational activities is great. Everything is sensory friendly and toddler/infant approved. My two year old and 18mo old had the best time. Living in a state where the heat is dangerous but our children still want to have a safe place to play and get all their energy out at a park but can't is difficult to express to the little ones BUT cloud house makes it so that you don't have to disappoint your little ones because they have this place now! I hope and pray that cloud house does well and meets its target market so that they can expand and open more locations all around the valley. read more

Love how it's geared towards younger kids ages and they can safely play without bigger kids making them timid. It's SO clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great with the kids when they do the activities. Just feels super welcoming. I appreciate that you only pay for the kids and they have a sibling discount. (For example the children's museum you must pay for the kids AND yourself ) it's a great option to beat the heat in the summer ! So amazed with this place! Tons of activities for many ages. I brought my 4 month old and there is a reserved fenced in area for babies under 6 months to play without bigger kids running around. And so so clean! Such a great option for those hot summer days! She had such a good time that she played herself to sleep, and we were the last ones there while she napped, and the staff took the opportunity to clean everything and check the ball pit for loose toys and make sure it was safe. What a cute and fun place for littles! We really enjoyed our time here. Lots of different activities: creative play, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, science, art. The staff is nice and they are constantly cleaning which I appreciate. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the price. $30 a kid is a bit steep. Even Phoenix Children's Museum costs much less for admission. However, we had a Groupon, which brought it down to $20, which is much more reasonable. I rarely write reviews but wanted to support this fantastic place! We've been to most of the indoor play places in the area and this has to be our favorite so far. My 1 year old son LOVES coming. Below are a few of the standout features: ~ It's the cleanest. They sanitize thoroughly and regularly. The place is spotless and looks pristine even at its busiest. Speaking of busy, managing the flow of families is also one of their strengths. ~The materials are all high quality - everything from the toys, activities, and the socks they sell. ~ The stations are unique and thoughtful. In other places, usually for infants there are small ball pits, but this place has a fairly large one at the end of an obstacle course with slides. My son LOVES going down the slide into the large ball pit. As a parent you can get into the obstacle course and ball pit which is a huge plus. ~ The science activities are rich, engaging, and fun. I even enjoy them as an adult. We've made beekeepers hats, simulated milking a cow, and so much more. I can't wait for him to be a little older and get to participate in more of these toddler activities. ~ There's a snack station with several healthy choices. They also sell prepackaged Starbucks coffees...definitely saves you time and some $$. ~The staff are kind and thoughtful. They really know how to engage your child in the activity as well as make sure your experience is positive. ~We've met nice parents every time we visit! It's super clean, well thought out and organized. The theme changes each week with new educational activities, crafts and sensory bins. The owner is super sweet and very involved. We had our son's 2nd birthday party at Cloud House yesterday and are so happy we did! The process to book and plan the event was very easy. The day of, Juliana and Katelyn were so kind and helpful in getting our event set up. The space is a perfect size for a larger birthday party and the toddlers were all pretty self-engaged which allowed parents to mingle. There are so many fun things for the kids to do!
