Milt, is an honest hard nose trainer that makes your work and wants nothing more but for you to accomplish your fitness goals. He has a great wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Fitness and Health and is a good person and good man. If you're looking for a trainer look no further than Milt at F.I.T. Camp ! When I first went I was at my heaviest. I had major hip surgery 2 years prior, and didn't walk alone for almost a year. So I was working out, eating right all on my own and had hit a plateau when he was recommended. I first went for an assessment to see if I was a good fit for the F.I.T. Camp, or if a few one on one sessions were needed first. I was able to jump right into F.I.T. Camp. Everyone soon became my second family. We all push each other and root for each other to succeeding our fitness journey. If we go missing you have a handful of people reaching out to find you. F.I.T. Camp is by far the best thing I've ever been a part of. I had a follow up hip procedure in March and with the help of Milton Jones one on one sessions, and F.I.T. Camp I am happy to say I will reach a full recovery. I've never been healthier and happier than I am now.... thanks to Milton Jones and my F.I.T. Family! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a difference in their lives!

From the Burn Ambassadors that greet you, the trainers who push you to work harder and challenge yourself, and to the fellow members who become friends, I'm so thankful to not only have this community but to be a part of something that is beneficial to my mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

We were members at the Y but the classes were very uninspired and I knew I wanted to work primarily with weights. I did some research and decided on either Orangetheory or Burn Bootacamp. I ended up choosing Burn for 3 reasons: 1. Less emphasis on cardio and more emphasis on weight lifting. 2. Classes are all woman with the exception of a few coed sessions. 3. Childcare! (This was the real clincher) I took my first class last January and went for an entire year. For the first month I was sore on a daily basis, but in that good way where you're discovering muscles you didn't know existed. I noticed a visible difference in my muscle mass after a few weeks. If you're new to weights and working out in general this is a great place to start.

Each class is a comprehensive workout in itself, consisting of yoga-like stretching, cardio, pad training, focus on technique, and circuit training at the end of most classes. This review is to document an experience that never should have escalated the way it did…read more I visited this Crunch Fitness location as a guest and complied with their policy by handing over my driver's license. Due to staff error, my license was mistakenly given to another guest. When I asked management to help retrieve it so I could leave, I was told the guest was at work, there was no guarantee she'd return, and I should just go home and come back the next day. I was essentially being asked to drive without my license and hope a stranger would bring it back later. That is neither safe nor reasonable. After management claimed there was nothing more they could do, I had no choice but to call the police, as I could not legally leave without my ID. Even law enforcement had difficulty getting the guest's contact information from management. Thankfully, the police were able to resolve the issue, and the guest's husband returned to exchange IDs. What stood out most was the lack of care after the situation was resolved. I waited at the entrance while managers continued casual conversations with staff. Even after my license was returned to the building, no one came to give it to me. I had to get up and ask for it myself, as if the entire situation had slipped their minds. The issue wasn't just the mistake--it was how dismissive and unprofessional the response was afterward. Guests deserve better communication, urgency, and respect, especially when personal identification is involved. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions and encourages this location to do better.
