I cannot say enough positive things about Dismuke Law. I was…read moreinvolved in an auto accident just before Thanksgiving and being old school, I called other drivers insurance to get claim started and I was in need of a rental car. Well those days are gone as this company just blow me off and would not do anything to help. So I started looking online for a local attorney close to the area I live. After looking around and coming across Dismuke Law website, I remembered seeing their billboards. As I was reading about them, the online chat popped up so I stated a chat. Keep in mind I have never used an attorney for auto accident before. From the first communication I knew this was the Law firm for me. The next morning Maya contacted me a guided me through the initial paperwork and answered all my questions which there were plenty of. Then she moved me on to Marquita who was always patient and understanding to my needs and constant questions. Thank you to both of you. After that I was in contact with Mr. Garrett GAA , my attorney through this mess of insurance company BS. He was the easiest going attorney I have ever spoke to. He makes you feel like he is not better than you, just there to help. He and his staff work hard to make sure I received what was owed and don't let Auto Insurance companies take from you. Even my auto insurance, which I have been with for 36 years, was doing as little as they could to help. This was a true eye opener for me and made me see how little Auto and Health Insurance will do for you but always have their hand out for money they are not entitled to. If you don't have an attorney you could be paying bills that are not owed and will never get fair treatment as they are out for the company not you. I pray I will never need the services of Dismuke Law for an auto accident again BUT I CAN PROMISE YOU, I KNOW WHO TO CALL !!! I will always be Thankful for the guidance and professionalism I received from Mr. Garrett GAA

When I had to retire on disability, I figured "how hard could it be to fill out the forms for my…read moreinsurer and for Social Security?". I found out. When my insurer denied my initial claim, just by chance I'd had two people close to me say THAT DAY that I might have a Ph.D., but I was NOT equipped to go nose-to nose with agencies and companies which basically exist to find reasons to tell you "no". Searching for someone relatively local to me who seemed like the "pitbull" I realized I needed, I found Nancy's info. From the first call, I felt like Nancy and her staff had lifted this incredible weight off of my shoulders. Now, understand that you DO have to listen to Nancy (or Krysti, or Megan) and if they have a form that only you have the ability to fill out...you have to do the form. They're not magic. But they explain exactly what you have to do, what you can do, and what you shouldn't do. OK, the elephant in many people's rooms: Can you afford a lawyer? When you're dealing with disability insurance and Social Security, and you're also dealing with your disability, doctor visits, and the unknown future of having to retire, sometimes far earlier than you imagined you would have to, I can promise you that 1) you really need someone who knows this aspect of the law, and 2) if you're like me, you have a million things to get done, and done right the first time, and the critical importance of your insurance and Social Security will overload your stress system. The paperwork itself is a weeks-long full-time job IF you want any chance of winning. How much is your time worth? And honestly, you'll probably lose if you go it alone. Some of you may have heard about a friend's cousin's bestie who single-handedly took on their employer's pension disability department, their own ERISA policy, and SSDI. All at once! And won all of them! And they gave her a flying unicorn too! And a puppy! Kidding aside, It comes down to this: you work for HOURS, over MONTHS and possibly YEARS, and one tiny omission or mistake, and you see "denied" again. Again, how much is YOUR time worth, for an outcome far less certain than if you hire, for example, Nancy Cavey? There was no up-front fee, and the contingency fees were in line with everyone else (they're written into the law in the case of Social Security). What you're getting is freedom from a huge amount of paperwork that Nancy and her paralegals know how to do far better than you do. You get freedom from remembering deadlines that can kill your case entirely. And at the end of the day, it's comforting to be able to think "yeah, my insurance/Social Security is a really important thing, but my lawyer's taking care of it". And Nancy and her staff did so, obtaining my disability insurance approval. I continue to work with Nancy Cavey, as I'm but halfway along my journey -- I'll update at some later era of the earth when SSDI gets back to us. Reminds me of the Fellowship of the Rings, and the Ents. Where did the Ent-wives go? Well, if they move and make decisions as slowly as their Ent-husbands, perhaps they found a home at Social Security (You have to be a REAL LOTR nerd to get that reference [it wasn't in the movies...]). Even though I still wait to I hear from Social Security, I do hear from Megan every little while, if just to let me know where in the bureaucracy my file has been moved. I'm far, far more hopeful that this too will go OK with Nancy Cavey's firm representing me. Nice, professional, competent. Great to find all three in one place. HIRE THIS ATTORNEY. You won't regret it. Update 10/22 : my first submission to SSDI was, of course, denied. Nancy and the rest of her office, efficiently, put together the request for reconsideration, and submitted it well ahead of the deadline, so once again, it's in SSA's court, and I am looking forward to them, if a miracle happens, approving me at this stage. Will update when I have more info.

**WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS FIRM**…read more DON'T I reached out to this office seeking help with an SSDI claim during one of the most difficult periods of my life. Instead of receiving guidance, my case was immediately declined by a receptionist who refused to explain why. Regardless of my diagnosis, I am still a human being, and people seeking disability representation deserve to be treated with dignity. I live with paranoid schizophrenia, vestibular migraines, severe anxiety, progressive nerve damage affecting both arms and hands, carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy, chronic scapular nerve compression, severe back pain, and debilitating gastrointestinal pain. Many days I struggle to text, carry groceries, or even hold a fork because of the pain and weakness. After spending the past year trying to survive on my savings while managing these conditions, asking for disability help was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Being turned away without an explanation left me with more questions than answers. I was later told, indirectly, only after repeated phone calls that the firm primarily focuses on clients over the age of 50. If that is truly part of the firm's case selection criteria, I believe it should be clearly disclosed on its website or upfront on a phone call so younger people with serious disabilities don't spend valuable time and emotional energy seeking help they were never likely to receive. This firm is a joke, they lie to your face, omit information and send you to the wolves. That's before becoming a client. The only thing this company is concerned with is ripping off old people. My warning is simple: if you're younger and living with severe disabilities, don't assume this firm will evaluate your case on its merits. A young mind is too quick. Before investing your hope in this office, ask whether your age or other screening criteria will prevent them from considering your claim. No one who is already struggling with chronic illness should have to leave a law office feeling ignored, dismissed, or wondering why they weren't even given the courtesy of an explanation. Find a better attorney.
