Getting into a cardio class is extremely hard as there is limited about of spots. Additionally you have to have a verified 3.0 rating or above to get into the classes. I take the medium impact classes which has a capacity of 12 people. On average 8-10 people show up for class. It is a really good workout. There are 6 courts but 2 can be used for pickleball. I like this facility as there is ample parking. Also it is nice to see the ice skating classes and practices. The facility itself has lockers, water machines, vending machines and elevator lift for accessibility. I also had my racket re-strung by Carlos for a decent price. I was able to drop it off and pickup the next time that so was at the facility.

I few things I also assumed is that they'd have a system for their line, which stupidly spiraled around the lobby confusing every single new person that came. By the time I got to the front (only an hour left in free skate at this point), they sold out of all but three sizes (that's including men/women/kids). No effort to proactively inform people wasting their time in line. The person I came with brought their own skates so they still went on the ice while I watched, but the rink was total chaos. They allowed way too many people on the ice and the teenage Skate Guards were completely useless, staring at their phones or just staring at the ground bored. Fire those guys for sure. Absolute bust of an afternoon. From what I hear this place wasn't always this bad. To management: Please offer some kind adult only skate time and find Skate Guards who give a damn. To prospective free skaters: Go somewhere else.

Most recently, our daughter spent approximately 13 months in one level at a cost of nearly $1,700, only to be told she still had not mastered skills that should have been intentionally addressed throughout the year. What was most disappointing was not simply the slow progression, but the lack of proactive communication and the repeated feeling that meaningful intervention only occurred after parent escalation. This has now happened multiple times across both of our children. Rather than acknowledging the pattern or engaging thoughtfully with our concerns, management became highly defensive and focused primarily on justifying staff actions through internal notes. We fully understand that children progress differently and that safety matters. However, families also deserve transparency, progress monitoring, and a collaborative approach when concerns are raised, especially at the price point of these lessons. There are many wonderful instructors there, and our frustration is not with individual young staff members. Our concern is with leadership, accountability structures, and how concerns are handled when families advocate for their children.

It's awesome that they have infant classes, and when I visited there was a children's class in full swing and looked like everyone was having a blast! But said friend let me know that they have a great selection of swim products and that is why I stopped in. Swim diapers are a thing I didn't know existed and I wanted a reusable one. They sell Green Sprouts (I think that's the brand), which one can get on Amazon but I needed one right away so I stopped in. I may have come when they were a little low on inventory so I couldn't pick up one of the super cute ones, but I got one that works great, just boring in pattern. The price was great so buying from Amazon would have just been a bit of a convenience with the home delivery. Parking lot here is huge, so you'll have no problems finding a space. (In fact, that's a major attraction for my friend.) The staff were really friendly as well, and if it was a bit closer I'd probably come here for swim lessons.

Both Gold Fish and Big Blue are designed to…read morekeep you in the program and paying money by having your kids make very slow improvements, but not really to teach them how to swim as quickly as possible. They get hung up on micro movements and use it as an excuse to stall progression. It's rediculous. Off the two we did like Gold Fish better. This issues is was particularly pronounced when we brought our daughter to swim lessons in another country. The approach was night and day. She learned more in two lessons there than she did in 20 lessons at Gold Fish. The teacher even pointed out that our daughter hadn't made much progress in one year since he had seen her last. Gold Fish is a racket. They will teach your kids to swim.... eventually. But you are much better off putting your kiddo in a different swim school or in another activity they enjoy. Note: we did share this concern directly with management last year. It resulted in our daughter magically being passed to the next level... which her instructors had stated she was ready for weeks prior, but the "tester" refused to pass her. We again spoke with the "tester" this time and expect to hear back from management, but like last time it won't change their business model or practices of keeping you in the program vs. teaching kids to swim efficiently.

I got my ass handed to me here. It hurt so good…read more I went in for a baseline assessment, which basically involved getting my bike on the trainer and pedaling until I wanted to puke. This place is what I imagine it would be like biking on the Starship Enterprise would be like. There is a command center with computers that control all the trainers on the floor. They automatically adjust to replicate any number of courses, from Ironman Arizona to the Tour de France. Giant computer screens display your progress, or help distract you with a movie or the news. This place also has locker rooms and is impeccably clean. I'm looking forward to going back to do a little recon on the Racine 70.3 Ironman course this spring.

Having completed my first Ironman triathlon in 2008, I decided I wanted to come back stronger and faster, so I hired a coach and got a membership with Vision Quest. It was the best thing I could have done; I took 3 hours and 9 minutes off the previous year's Ironman time. To boot, the staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and engaged. Caveats: You get what you pay for; unless you do the Taste of VQ program, the rates are not cheap. Though they do have a developing juniors program for cyclists, VQ is not particularly kid-friendly (but I don't have any kids)! The competition is fierce, so at times it is difficult to get an easy workout in because everybody else is riding, running or swimming faster than you.

Gary and Deb insured that paperwork was streamlined and complete; range time was completed in expeditious fashion. Chris' class was extensive!! And I mean EXTENSIVE. He fills about 20+plus hours of information in the 16 hour required class timeframe. Complete with dry runs of the range, law and policy information, even finger trigger placement, position and posture, eye dominance. I've participated in half a dozen of CCL classes. This was the first to cover so much information and even incorporated defensive insurance!!! They also support local businesses as the range we went to was a small mom and pop indoor range. They even have their own mascot, Reacher .

The class was highly educational and I walked away feeling like I truly learned so much. The instructors are fantastic at what they do! I'll definitely be returning for all of my future renewals and will be sending all of my family and friends here!
