I have come in for the replacement tank. however, the one I got was faulty. It was leaking uncontrollably and went back for their help. At first, they don't really believe and pointed the coil didn't install correctly. not tight enough per say. I went back home and loaded juice on the coil they installed. It was still leaking. I was trying to fix it myself and end up with the small mark at the bottom of the tank. Now, they don't want to exchange the product and they are thinking it's my fault. It's such a hassle experience. and yes, their price is inflated. I don't mind paying more as long as the service is good. in this case, it's not. read more

I am not new to vaping, 10-12 different mods in 10+ years. It breaks, or something and back to smoking. I had my last smoke, found the nearest vape shop, this was it. Very helpful, I use to make my own juice, this isn't my first rodeo. Bought a vape with tank and juice. They don't charge the vapes, it would be great if they did, Some do, some don't. Noticed how fast it lost the charge, from 50% to about 20 hits and I was down to 20% or so. Had to pretty much keep it plugged into my car (My car has a 2 pronged plug built into the car, not the cig charger) Charged it at home, next morning 100% 20 hits later it is down to 70%, like I said I have had mods, I don't expect a 2 day charge but this is abnormal. Used 2 different adapters and another cable. So I went in, and it went from friendly to just uncomfortable. I felt I was looked at like I don't know what I am doing or lying, I don't know. The friendly helpful guy checked out. When I bought it I was given a receipt, and told after 6 months to contact Smok. I asked if we can swap it out... NO. So do not expect to get support and if you have a problem with your $100 device. Hey pops, here is a suggestion, have backups to lend people while you figure out if it is a problem with the device, charging unit, cable or whatever. But maybe problems are so rare you don't need to. So that folks is how you loose a customer. Don't support what you sell. As for people who complain about the price, it is a brick and mortar store, they will and need to charge more. My complaint is that there is a problem with the device and rather than take it in and check it out and lend me a spare vape battery it was a NO. Bye. Lost customer. Edit: I brought it back 2 days later since I didn't mention the time frame above. And I see the last review sorted by new he had the same problem of being looked at like it was our fault or do not know what we are doing. read more

When we walked in and asked where the juices were, Leo pointed to the bar in the back. I've never been to a smoke shop where there was a bar. Then he tells us that he brews/mixes it himself back there. I've always liked honeydew and the shop I went to before ran out. I told him what I wanted, he mixed a couple different things and gave me honeydew milk. I tasted it and it's everything I ever wanted. Above that, I also got strawberry sour belt and taro ice cream. The extensive list of flavors in the binder doesn't even come close to how much more recipes he has. I'm still fairly new to vaping so I don't know much about the technicalities to my vape. But he told me the differences about vg/pg, which I didn't even know was a thing. I also didn't know that the nicotine level went up as high as 24. And that he sold bottles as big as half a gallon. The killer for this places is the prices. He sells his stuff so much cheaper than other places and his juices are a much higher quality. And leo really knows his stuff. There were so many things that he educated us with in the span of 30 minutes that we were there. I'm definitely coming back to this place. The possibilities are really Endless and I'm so glad I found this. I'd recommend this place to people who are new to vaping. He doesn't make me feel uncomfortable being new to this stuff. He teaches you about tips and tricks and because of that, I know not to keep juices in the car. That's why my juices go bad really fast--being in a hot car. Thanks Leo! read more

I stumbled upon this place a couple years ago, it was my only shop. Clean vape juice and knowledgeable staff. Fast forward to April '19 & I moved to norcal. They are still my sole supplier of vape juice. My coils will last up to 2 weeks as opposed to the standard, prepackaged fare, which toasts them in a few days. Prices can't be beat either. 540 ml shipped is $87. At the stores I've gone to, they're charging close to $20 for 100ml. I went into burnin earth, this time, for a vape pen. I had concerns, because I have always heard stories about all different kinds of vape pens failing within one day or a week of use. As soon as I said this, the younger of the two fellows behind the counter (possibly father and son), looked down to the cabinent just next to all the other pens and said, "I designed this pen. I created it to fix that problem."I knew after about ten seconds I was walkibg out the door with that pen in hand. The guy was legit and entrepreneur like. I respect that as well. He finished teaching me every detail of the pen in a few minutes. I waited to post this yelp a couple days to make sure the pen holds up. Its going strong. So are the two batteries after a good long healthy chargin! The guy was a genuine and proper guy and a good thorough salesman. I am now enjoying this finely crafted piece of vaping machinery! A really, really nice guy named Vic helped me out. He was very patient with me and explained everything so I could understand it. He also helped me pick an e-juice that matched my taste in cigarettes. Since I couldn't carry the Smok in my purse, I also purchased an Aspire unit. I had been coming here since the old location back when I worked on Myrtle to always buy smokes but it had been quite a long time since I had been inside again. A friend of mine told me that they now make eliquids at the shop so I thought I'd stop in a check it out. As someone who works in the vape industry, I'll admit I walked in with low expectations but that was quickly dismissed. After chatting it up and trying some flavors, I knew I would get something worth the time they take in mixing and making their flavors. I ended up leaving with a 100 ml bottle of the strawberry malt which is pretty darn good and the prices are unbeatable at least when it comes to not waiting for an online order. Also, I requested a max VG blend and it still has great flavor unlike some companies out there! I will be back to grab plenty more and definitely recommend coming here! So, here was my situation...I had gone to work early this morning and, as always, had my vape pen in my hand when I got out of my car. It slipped out of my hand and in slow motion (noooooooooooo, why Gog, WHY!) it dropped and the glass on the tank ended up in a thousand pieces!! What the hell am I gonna do now?!? Soooooo, I went to the Google and found this shop......let me tell ya....this was like winning the lottery (not really, but close). They had a replacement glass, everyone was SUPER friendly, and I couldn't be happier!! I also got some juice and that experience sealed the deal!! I didn't get the guys name, but he custom mixed the juice for me...right then and there!! I switched to vaping from cigatettes and was ordering juice online. I told the guy (henceforth known to me as the juice artist) that I wanted the nic level of 24 (that's what I was ordering online) he said that when you order online, if you order a 24, you are really getting about 18 and a 24 may be too muxh. So we met in the middle and I did 21. It was PERFECT!!! The flavor is delicious without being overpowering, and the nic level was dead on!! Beautiful clouds of vape and I am a happy camper!!! Over the years I've bought dozens of nice glassware from their selection as well as pens and other accessories, frequenting the shop every 4-6 weeks. I've been a loyal customer, posting reviews on social media and spreading word for this shop, and the employees have been more than helpful. However I was refused service because today I didn't have my ID. And the boss says he can't be expected to memorize 200 different faces. Being a manager myself I DO remember my regular customer's faces. I understand there are laws that need to be followed however, this is an issue of customer service (8 years I've bought things off this guy and his employees and he can't recognize me?). I will be going to shops that remember who I am and care about their individual customers for now on. read more

This place is great the prices on juice and the quality of the juice is perfect I won't go anywhere else as long as I'm in Cali. Guys in there are friendly and easy to bullshit with. The size or juice you can get is by far the best I've seen from Florida to Cali . I thought the mod and tank selection was slim pickings and my tank was like 60$ for just the tank so a little on high side but guess what the guy was right it doesn't leak I went from a 20-35w tank to a tank that burns best from 60-130w it's a whole new experience for me . Them big dragon clouds you see people blow and wonder "how the hell do they do that" well I can do it now with this tank. I highly recommend coming to this place.
