I found this shop last minute about 4 months ago..& I like it too because not only are they very friendly, knowledgeable and patient ‍‍.. they're also open later than most shops..(until 11pm). They're prices are VERY reasonable and the owner even threw in a couple of accessories "on the house"... I always leave HAPPY..& they have an especially great glass ware/accessories selection. Some shops make me feel rushed when I'm there, and I tend to ask a lot of questions.. the owner and the employees aren't like that, they Always make me feel welcomed, and I've always found whatever I need when I go there. And if they're "out" of something in particular, they are usually always able to order whatever I need/want.. so hats off to you guys!!..& thanks for always being so helpful and kind to me... as a customer who tends to spend a fair amount of money $$, this is one of my favorite shops!!..& I don't even mind making the extra drive, as I live out in Covina area.. This is the best smoke shop I've ever been to. First, the guy asked me if I would like some coffee :) Can you imagine? Later he showed me all the electronic sigaretts and I was impressed by the huge assortment, you can literally find everything you need and even some goods you have never heard about:)) The guy working there was a real professional, he knew everything about his products, so it took me some 2 minutes to choose the best option. I come here quite often for my boyfriend's cartridges and each time the guy who has helped us had been very friendly and knew what he was talking about if we had any questions on other products. Before today, because of that guy we have had enjoyable experiences and the prices are fairly reasonable. Today at 9:00 am they were not open even though their sign on the door says that they open at 9:00 am. I continue to wait...5 minutes...10 minutes...and so on... (no one shows up). I should have read the yelp reviews first because apparently I am not the only one who has experienced this.
