I waited 15 minutes outside the store since they couldn't open on time, and decided to just check out the other vape store Vaportimes two blocks away. They open the same time as Smokeplug, but actually opened on time. Not only that, their Flum Mello is nearly $10 cheaper, and they offer reward points. read more

My new all time favorite smoke shop! Located next to Saigon Flavor on Valley. ***note: cash only Parking: There is a small parking lot in the back. But I've never had trouble finding a parking space. Employees : great customer service. I am very indecisive . And Michael was extremely patient with me. He was also knowledgeable on the products and gave me recommendations based on what I was trying to explain what I wanted. Nonetheless, I left as a satisfied customer. Selection: it's an intimate shop and extremely clean. they have an amazing selection and just about everything you need. From hookah, to, and vape. Prices are extremely fair. CASH ONLY! Hope they accept Apple Pay and card soon. Parking will be difficult to find, so look carefully and watch out for the reckless drivers. The spot is right between a restaurant called Saigon Flavor and a pharmacy. There are 3kinds of smoking poison devices here(which are hookah, marijuana, vape) and they also sell cigarettes. I bought some cheap Juul pods here with the help of the yelp checkin. Inside is tiny and there is no restroom and no water cups like the usual smoke shops buttttt... it is well organized and clean with nice artwork. This place is a grab and go type of store. One of my favorite vape shops to go to in SG. They always have all the new and trendy stuff in! The quality is great and so are the prices, they even have this awesome rewards system, where you can earn points.. to redeem vapes!!! The employees here are all so welcoming and kind especially, Ali. She always knows my order the minute I walk through the doors and is always trying to have a conversation with me and other customers, something that most workers don't do these days. Not POC friendly. If I could rate this racist place a 0 I would. My boyfriend (African American) wanted to look at glass pieces and was denied entry. The worker (Asian) asked him what he needed and after telling her, she just told him the "flavors are on the window". After returning to the car and telling me what happened, I (Asian American) decided to see if I can walk in and as I did, a customer (Asian) walked out and she let me in. After calling her out she said she can let my bf in now and that she wasn't "letting in customers in yet" at the time he wanted to go in. ---- Hi Mike, While I understand supporting your staff, I kindly ask you to understand and empathize how much worse it feels for us to be on the receiving end from this transaction and from a small business owner to another, I highly encourage you to gather all facts from both parties before you ask us to not "jump to conclusions" even though it seems as if you already did. First of all, the door was locked when he tried to walk in for the "in-door shopping." After seeing him try to go in (which is a clear indication he would prefer in-store shopping or at least an opening for her to ask him if he would like to enter. After all, it's the store's responsibility to welcome and meet the customer's needs, not the customers) your staff doesn't offer that option for him to shop indoors nor an explanation to him of your sanitation practices. Instead she tells him the menu for the flavors are on the window, before even asking him what he was looking for. She made that assumption and option for him to shop outside. Despite the unwelcoming interaction, my bf proceeds to ask her if your stores has "Chillums" for him to shop. While I don't understand how "Chilliums" and "Hyppe Vape" can be confused, I will give her the benefit of the doubt since face masks do make words harder to hear. However, instead of asking him to clarify, she just repeats herself and says again the "flavors are on the windows". From there my bf has had enough and just walked away. Five mins later, I walked into the store from our car to see if I would receive the same treatment. As I walked in, a customer walked out, I asked if there was indoor shopping and from there she told me "I'll let you in." As I'm inside, I see no sanitization routine from the previous customer and me. While I too would like to come to a mutual understanding, I know we won't. As a store owner, you did not try to provide a line of communication to me to resolve this issue with you directly. Instead, you told us to not jump to conclusions and assumptions, your staff is "hurt" and how us as a customer could've done better to shop at your establishment. Also, as a tip, being an ally is more than just saying "we are proud to stand as an Ally." It's about putting in work and communication. If you truly was an ally, this interaction could've been resolved differently. However it is what it is, and we will never shop at your store ever again nor encourage others to visit your establishment read more

[This place is located right by Saigon Flavor] I found the first open parking spot right on S Palm Ave. Good sign? The cashier and owner were both friendly and informative. They quickly made sure I got what I needed. I left with this clear glass beaker bong about 2ft high with clear and basic design. If you want the best bong for the buck, this is the spot + they hooked it up with a blunt wrap! They also had some dope dab rigs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dank deal. [What makes me credible?] I've researched different types of glass from pipes and steam blowers to bubbles and bongs, and smoked of out my fair share of different types of glass. I've smoked out of more expensive and thicker glass with ergonomic features, but their stems all eventually clog up or weaken from wear and tear. Owned my fair share of glassware. read more

Which is false advertising, because it was listed at 24.99. It seems like a pricing mistake by them, I say no problem ill be back with cash. Then i come back and the guy tells me it's 25 flat with cash. I ask him what about the discount? And he says yeah it was 30.00 without the discount and now it's 25. Which is dishonest, because the sticker says 25. So the discount is not only a lie to cover their pricing mistake, they also make the customer think that they are doing them a favor by mentioning the discount, when in reality they are wasting our time and insulting our intelligence by not honoring the listed prices. Pretty scummy and dishonest way to do business. If you make a listing mistake, you need to eat the cost so you dont essentially mislead customers, and negatively impact your reputation. Every reputable business owner knows this. Never going back, and taking my business somewhere where they dont assume im an idiot. UPDATE: I called the store after leaving the review and invited them to check their yelp reviews. The guy called me back after checking and threatened me with violence lol! I am now waiting for the police to arrive to make a report. Awesome customer service! Update 2: reported the threat to police. An officer Sanchez with Alhambra PD said he would go to Main Smoke Shop and attempt to talk to the guy. Nice way to do business being dishonest about pricing and then threatening violence on a customer. Real smart
