I was warned by a past patient even before I went for my first visit. I should have listened. Do not let the basic 6-month cleaning reviews fool you. I've been a patient here since 2022, and I am very cooperative, but I have deep dental anxiety. What I personally went through here completely traumatized me. I am not the only one; if you scroll down far enough on Yelp, you'll see that many experienced exactly what I did. Because of this pattern, I will now be contacting the state board of dentistry regarding my care. My first bad experience happened when a front tooth fell out, and Dr. Isaacs suddenly claimed it was a "compromised tooth." He had never once mentioned this to me. as a female and as a person that loves to smile. I would've never delayed on having a crown put on or having tooth fixed as he had just filled a tiny cavity on it. If I would've been told it was compromised, I would've never waited. No one ever wants to lose a front tooth.. If he had actually told me, I would have gotten a protective crown. Instead, he rushed me into a temporary plastic "flipper" appliance that cost me $500 out of pocket, never fit right, and broke almost immediately. the shading of the tooth did not match my own teeth as they did give me a complementary $75 teeth whitening strips.I did not ask for them. They noticed, the assistant did , Not dentist, noticed that the flipper did not match my natural teeth. Even after the teeth whitening, it did not match and that flipper broke within weeks because it was not properly fitted. The response from Dr. Issac's!! "They're not meant to last forever". Didn't accommodate,basically blaming again the patient.The stress was so bad that I delayed going back for months because I was terrified. Pam at the front desk basically gaslighted me after I've had my teeth pulled and stated he's a good dentist isn't he? He's a good dentist isn't he. That's all I will say on that matter.. Last autumn, I finally went back to address two teeth on my right side, fully expecting to receive a standard filling and a crown. Instead, I was told it was "too late" and he extracted both of them. They made another multi-tooth flipper appliance that cost me an additional $Just days after having those two teeth extracted, while my mouth was still bleeding, heavily swollen, and full of active stitches, he forced that new $ flipper into my mouth. I was literally crying and shaking (I am forever grateful for his assistant that held my hand in the room while this was taking place, she was a true angel) in the chair from the sheer pain. Instead of stopping, he just injected my mouth with lidocaine to numb the area to force the appliance in before I left. When I told him it felt like it was going to make my other healthy teeth fall right out, I quote his exact words: "Well then you have something wrong with your teeth."He is the dentist--he is supposed to be the professional who identifies and treats what is wrong with my teeth, not blaming my body for his forceful work and terrible appliances. I take responsibility for delaying care. I will take responsibility for that. With that being said. Who wouldn't delay care after that experience literally traumatized, It scarred me so badly that I never went back and actually had to pull out my own surgical stitches at home. Once the swelling finally went down, not down completely ,enough for me to see the tooth next to the tooth he pulled, I saw a prominent brown spot on the tooth right next to where he did the extractions. I emailed the office instantly.That should have been completely obvious on the X-rays he took. I built up the courage to send them a very polite email asking to come in and have it looked at, again I delayed care because of the trauma, and finally built up the courage months later to reach out only to be completely ignored /ghosted. But the second I sent an email legally and politely requesting my records? They replied within minutes claiming their "internet was "down" all week. But mysteriously their Internet was up and working when I requested my records and they sent promptly. when I say promptly I mean within minutes. Mysterious isn't it. My experience, they ignore you when you are hurting, blame you for their mistakes, and only respond when they are scared of liability. Did I delay care. Yes. As anyone would after an experience like I had. This has been very challenging and difficult for me to have to share such a traumatizing experience, but I feel it's only right to let others know. I should've listened ,past patient when I let them know I found a dentist because our dentist of 20 years had retired. I should've listened so now I'm trying to help others. I am left without a dentist, in pain, and dealing with severe anxiety because of how this office treated me. Avoid this place.

I don't even drink alcohol or do drugs; I overslept because of a recent medication change. With me doing the best I can to be responsible in all areas of my life I am shocked that I am turned away for simply over sleeping one time.

This is a review i wasn't sure I was ever really going to write. Note that I was a patient at the…read morewest office before they moved to the current location. So it would have been from 2020-2022 I believe. I was in the process of getting braces as an adult which (for me) required trying to pull down an impacted adult tooth from my upper jaw. I saw the first oral surgeon at IOMSA in 2020 when he surgically attached the bracket to my impacted tooth. That surgery I believe went fine. However, a year or so later, when the impacted tooth still wasn't coming down with my braces, the Orthodontist sent me back to IOMSA for a 2nd oral surgery to have them move the bracket and remove "some more bone" from around the impacted tooth. I saw a different oral surgeon this second time. And I told her then that I didn't really want to keep trying to pull the tooth down. I would have rather just gotten the impacted tooth out surgically, and got on with my life. But she insisted that I keep trying to pull it down after opening my jaw up and looking at it. So she continued to move the bracket (as planned). However, she also continued to remove SO MUCH BONE from my jaw that it irreversibly damaged and ruined my mouth and teeth forever. After that surgery, the orthodontist kept telling me how unhappy she was with what they did to me. But I didn't fully understand the impact of it yet. And I was in alot of pain. More than was expected for that type of surgery. What I came to find out is that once that bone is gone, it's gone forever. You can't ever get that bone back in your jaw. So when the orthodontist was unable to pull down that impacted tooth even after the 2nd oral surgery, I was basically screwed. I had to have 3 or 4 bone grafts and tissue grafts to try and at least kind-of repair the damage, but it was never enough. I actually lost a perfectly good tooth adjoining the surgery site because of how much bone loss I had. The good tooth had become loose because the surgeon at IOMSA had removed SO MUCH bone from my upper jaw. And I almost actually lost two teeth (and that was according to yet another oral surgeon at IOMSA who thought he couldn't save either of them). So I went to see a different oral surgeon at that point (outside of IOMSA) as well as a periodontist who had to pull the loose tooth and was able to install two implants in my mouth, but it was really hard for him to do so because of how little bone I had. After getting the final implant crowns from my general dentist last week, he commented on how shocked he was that the periodontist was able to do the implants at all given how little bone I have left. So, my mouth/teeth are FOREVER messed up because of what the surgeon at IOMSA did to me. My teeth will never be straight and i have so much visible damage from that surgery still to this day. The implants sit high up in my jaw because there was no where else for them to go.

His office is modest with a quaint home town appeal in the heart of the Village. He has a second office in Lebanon and splits his time between the two locations. He has treated us for everything including broken teeth emergencies, crowns, filled cavities and whitened our teeth. He was gentle and patient with my children when they were small and today they still return to him although they do not live nearby. He has called us at home to ensure we are recovering from a treatment even on a weekend! He is friendly and knowledgable with a strong attention to detail. He explains procedure or ailments well so that I can understand them. I am particularly appreciative of his treatment of my mother who suffered from dementia. He was incredibly patient with her and treated her with the utmost care and respect. He arranged for her to see specialists when needed. He kept her teeth clean which was difficult. His staff is friendly, respectful and helpful. They will call to change appointments or figure out insurance questions. My hygienist (Kathy) is careful thorough and gentle. However, an irritating molar turned into a giant infection, I had to go. My dentist referred me to Dr Warren. By the time I made it to his office it was necessary for me to begin taking antibiotics. The dreaded root canal procedure was scheduled and I sat in his chair with his friendly staff doing everything they could to comfort me including, holding my hand. The office is beautiful with big windows looking out to a pleasant pond. The procedure itself was incredibly fast and painless. I was offered laughing gas, and a mild sedation. My only complaint was Dr Warren doesn't do the crown after the root canal. He has a very gentle touch. I highly recommend. I had an emergency with my tooth on a Saturday. Dr Warren reached out and offered to meet me at his office at 8:00 PM Saturday night! I told him that it wasn't that important and instead I could meet in in the morning. He met me on Sunday morning at 8:30 AM! I don't know any doctors who do that. He goes way above and beyond and provides extraordinarily excellent care for his patients. I cannot express my gratitude or recommend him highly enough. Thank you Dr Warren and your kind staff. I am so very grateful.
