To my surprise they were able to fit me in on the spot and were working on my car within minutes of me arriving. They took me into the garage to show me what they had to do before doing anything and gave me a quote of how much it would cost and asked if that was good with me which I appreciated. Once I paid (which was very reasonable) they sent me off with a fawn farewell. If I need anything else done to my car here I'll be sure to go back to Nicelys.

I somehow got the van to their garage and immediately had Brandon out taking care of my situation. They were super methodical and had me on the road in no time, even fixing my damage. I had to use the spare tire to get home, and then order tires. But i think that was for the best for my pickiness. The repair price was appropriate, and the cleanliness of the waiting area was perfect. Garage was open and modern. Most of all, the professionalism of the manager made me give thought to coming back (an hr from home) just to keep giving them my business. He even gave me good suggestions for new tires. I really wish I was writing a positive review however I'm in shock over the tactics and deceit this company has taken to get money. My son struck a deer early in the morning (3:00am) and the Trooper investigating the accident stated we needed to get the car off I-64 and he would not allow us to wait for the tow we requested via our roadside assistance provider. The trooper said, "he had a guy" and that's when our headaches started. The tow truck driver showed up and immediately hooked up the car without talking to my son. The driver pulled away leaving my son roadside on I-64 at 3:30 in the morning! No paperwork, no communication on company name, phone number, email, etc. My son called 911 to get the Trooper to come back and get a ride to somewhere nearby. The Trooper had the tow truck driver come back who demanded $500 roadside in order to take my son 1.2 miles to a 7-11. When we refused to pay the $500, the tow truck driver tried to speed off but the Trooper stopped him. Eventually the tow driver gave my son a short 1.2 mile ride. Next, the tow truck driver refused to give us paperwork that he taken possession of the car. Initially he gave us a blank work order with literally nothing on it. We had to argue that we needed the date, time, VIN, vehicle description, etc. documented, as well as his signature. Next, our insurance company informed us that for 10 days this tow company would not return their calls to pick up the car from storage and take it to the repair shop. When they did finally contact Auto Towing, they demanded over $2700 in storage fees or else they would not release the car! In reading multiple reviews, I see a pattern where law enforcement calls for this specific tow company and then they end up charging exorbitant tow and storage fees. I'm convinced that the Trooper we had is in on it and there's a pattern of corruption.

Didn't look at it for one full week, then put it up, realized they needed to order parts -- which I told them when I dropped the car off -- and so placed a rush order and tacked on the overnight shipping costs to my bill. This could be a very long, very vitriolic review, but I'll sum it up with these: * The car was not repaired for 2 weeks, leaving me without transport, and the requested repairs were only partially completed. * I was never given an itemized bill, but payment was demanded immediately, on a weekend, from a home line rather than a business #. I paid the bill in full over the phone with my credit card by 10.30am on the first business day after the repair was partially completed. * The "business manager"/wife left a series of incredibly innappropriate and threatening messages, leaving me with not only a sense of embarrassment, but also an overwhelming feeling of unprofessionalism from the shop. * The shop/owners are well known to the magistrate's office for their harrassment and poor treatment of/service to their customers. * I will be reporting the harrassment and unprofessional business practices to the Better Business Bureau, and urge you to check this source before trusting your property to Anthony Auto.

I did as always and pulled up to the pump with the green handle and hose. If you have a diesel you know where this is going. Yes, I put 3/4 of a tank of gasoline in my diesel truck. As we headed down the mountain the truck was acting like it had bad fuel in it so we stopped and looked at the receipt to confirm my error. I knew this was a HUGE issue and so we called the nearest Chevrolet dealership which was Mitchell Chevrolet in Marlinton, WV. One of the owners, two brothers, brought a flat bed tow truck with a rental car for my family to follow him and my truck for the hour drive back to his location. His staff immediately asked if we needed anything to drink and offered options near by if we were hungry. The waiting room was very comfortable and warm, wood burning stove kept us all cozy! What we were thinking was going to be an overnight stay turned into only a two hour job overseen by the other brother. I was very fortunate there. The owners both stayed late to see that we were able to get back on the road or to help locate accommodations if we needed to stay the night. Bottom line here is their customer service was ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations. There should be more people in today's world like everyone at Mitchell's Chevrolet!! Roger sent Acme towing within fifteen minutes. Jimmy tried to jump my car and diagnosed that I needed a starter. Before towing the car to the shop, Jimmy took us to a hotel for overnight. Roger got us a starter and we were off by Wednesday morning. These two were friendly and professional and, while I hope that I never have to call the again, I will without hesitation.
