In the most literal and serious of ways, I owe Burns Auto Salvage and Towing my life. When my car exploded in the middle-of-nowhere Michigan, and I was freezing and starving to death, AAA took my money and told me to kick rocks. I contacted Burns, and was immediately greeted with a friendly voice who offered solutions to problems and promised to be there "soon". How soon that was, I couldn't have fathomed. It seemed as if I hadn't even gotten off the phone before George was showing up at my car to tow it. He gave me, my roommate, and my dog a ride to a local hotel, and then someone ELSE from his company went out of their way to take us nearly 50 miles to a UHaul so I could grab my items from my now-dead car, and make it back home, nearly 600 miles away. Fast, quality service at a fair price. After waiting over 4 hours for AAA to send somebody for a tow, I gave up and looked locally for a towing company in Manistique. MI, found Burns Auto Salvage and Towing. George was there in less than 20 minutes, loaded me up and towed be to the designated location without an issue. When my car got stranded out in gulliver mi I should have called but I didn't and wasn't in that situation before. I appreciate what my brother in law did... but he wasn't very kind to me. Burns auto solved the reason why my car stopped working and it got towed to Troy's and I called hoping to get answers for the car. They said they didn't have the equipment to solve the issue. Troy's said call the dealership and the closet place was Wisconsin and even they told me I'd have to get it there and I called all the people I knew. No one was able to. So my dear brother George Price said call burns auto. So I did. They went and got my vehicle and took it to their ship and they had the equipment to solve why my car died! I was so relieved . It hurt me that no one was able to update their equipment because we all need a overhaul but I'm so thankful for burns auto. From then on I call burns auto.
