I contacted Burns, and was immediately greeted with a friendly voice who offered solutions to problems and promised to be there "soon". How soon that was, I couldn't have fathomed. It seemed as if I hadn't even gotten off the phone before George was showing up at my car to tow it. He gave me, my roommate, and my dog a ride to a local hotel, and then someone ELSE from his company went out of their way to take us nearly 50 miles to a UHaul so I could grab my items from my now-dead car, and make it back home, nearly 600 miles away. Electric Bikes were a new thing for both of us and I can't begin to explain the amazing adventure we were having! These bikes were AWESOME!!!! I have a need for speed and these bikes can get up to 25 miles an hour. We cruised the island all day checking out all of the beautiful spots around Beaver Island.
