I contacted Burns, and was immediately greeted with a friendly voice who offered solutions to problems and promised to be there "soon". How soon that was, I couldn't have fathomed. It seemed as if I hadn't even gotten off the phone before George was showing up at my car to tow it. He gave me, my roommate, and my dog a ride to a local hotel, and then someone ELSE from his company went out of their way to take us nearly 50 miles to a UHaul so I could grab my items from my now-dead car, and make it back home, nearly 600 miles away. I was grateful that he was open and so accommodating to us when many shops were closed. When we got there he hooked us up to the sensor machine, diagnosed the issue and then fixed the problem.
