I contacted Burns, and was immediately greeted with a friendly voice who offered solutions to problems and promised to be there "soon". How soon that was, I couldn't have fathomed. It seemed as if I hadn't even gotten off the phone before George was showing up at my car to tow it. He gave me, my roommate, and my dog a ride to a local hotel, and then someone ELSE from his company went out of their way to take us nearly 50 miles to a UHaul so I could grab my items from my now-dead car, and make it back home, nearly 600 miles away. The value and peace of mind Burns provided is not something I will easily forget, and I can never thank George and his wife enough.

Shortly After some troubleshooting, they were able to get the slide out retracked so my sister and family were able to get on the road back to Wisconsin. These guys were big time helpers. It is under warranty from the work they did and they are refusing to work on it claiming it is my fault somehow. I have had the truck back in twice trying to give them the chance to resolve the issue which they clearly are incapable of and instead of outsourcing or being honest they'd rather point the finger at the guy who simply paid a bill.
