He needed a full mouth extraction and Aspen was the closest provider in network. Before we were allowed to even make an appointment for the surgery, we had to pay $5000. The day of surgery, a few hours before, I received a call cancelling the surgery with the reason given is that he is autistic. When I asked why they even made an appointment, I was told, and this is a direct quote "we didn't know." If you refuse to treat autistic people, why enroll in the panel that autistic people use? They were given all of his health information upfront. The autism was not a surprise, so yes they did know. Furthermore, balance billing Medicaid patients is illegal. I can't speak to quality of care, because care was refused.

A customer gets a 8 month old bill from Pippin dental, the EOB is filed away, so naturally I call the billing department to understand why the bill. They acted like I was dumb for not calling my insurance and dealing with them instead and instead of just being kind and helping. Literally ANY other dentist office is better than this place.
