I gave this place more than a few chances to be the place I went to for my dental care permanently. And every single chance, I was let down. From the way they kept losing my info, my appointments and even to not answering their calls to get my amoxicillin prescription refilled so that i don't get an infection for my procedures. Not to mention the fact that the receptionists can be rude and seem exasperated for any questions does not make it a nice experience to schedule my care. And speaking of appointments and procedures, not only have they lost my appointments and information, but they failed to call me to tell me the dentist that was supposed to get my tooth removed today cancelled and I wasn't made aware till I got there and my ride had left. I am so utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with everything. I see so many kids and adults that come to that place and I feel sorry for them because I have no idea what kind of care they'll get. The amount of times they "forgot" about my appointments or information was ridiculous. The dental assistants can be kind and I have no qualms with them. But everything else let me down so bad. Every dental office outside of this one that I've been to have always been kind, treat their patients kindly, and keep an organized record of my info and appointments and let me know when they need to reschedule. This is the first dental office that I've been let down over and over again. I will be going to a different dentist from now on and will not be recommending this place to anyone I know. read more

The office personnel are rude. The billing customer service are rude and talk themselves in circles. You get a bill 8 months from the service date, ask for a break down and they say they cannot provide it, that I need to go to my insurance. This was frustrating, but turns out, after complaining about that, they can provide an itemized statement, furthermore after saying I need to have my insurance EOB in front of me before discussing what they see insurance paid for. Complete lack of understanding customer needs and questions and was rudely interrupted multiple times. Our first in office visit was our last. We canceled all appointments. They call us to this day once a week to once bi-weekly asking to confirm appointments we never made. It's a circus over there. A customer gets a 8 month old bill from Pippin dental, the EOB is filed away, so naturally I call the billing department to understand why the bill. They acted like I was dumb for not calling my insurance and dealing with them instead and instead of just being kind and helping. Literally ANY other dentist office is better than this place. The dental staff was incredible. They are seriously patient and gracious when it comes to children. They made us feel cared for and welcomed. They are genuinely friendly and are quite honestly kind. Cristina is my favorite. She was so sweet and so kind. I loved our time there. read more

**** Do Not go here**** Dr. Buksar is and unethical monster! This was the most horrible experience of mine and my child's life! We will forever now be scared of a dentist! My child has had fillings before ,been numbed with anesthetic multiple times and he has Never even cried or flinched or screamed in pain until this dentist did it to him! Every other dentist he has ever seen says what a great patient he is so calm and cooperative. This dentist obviously didn't know how to give anesthetic and I wish I could say that was the worst part of this visit, Well we went there because my child bit down wrong and cracked a baby tooth and so we went here since they take walk ins , the dentist was so awful he refused to even consider doing a crown said nope it needs pulled. I thought we'll it's a baby tooth if that's what you think is best ok you are the dentist. Little did I know he does not care about the well being of his patients or what's best for them, Well he not only couldn't get my child numb , it was so awful giving the shots that my child was clenching the chair crying and screaming (something he has never done before!) the dentist did not care or stop, even though he knew my child was not numb because he poked the gums and my child said ouch ouch that hurts he went ahead and yanked the tooth! So 4 terrible shots to not even wait until he was numb! I have literally been sick to my stomach for taking my child here!! I want to stand out front and warn all the poor people walking in that this dentist is unethical and has no human compassion or feeling!!! And he for sure doesn't care if a child is in pain! Now I'm wondering if a different dentist would have done a crown and not even pulled the tooth! So be warned do not go here unless you are ok being treated inhuman by the dentist! I plan to leave reviews on every sight warning people, how I wish I checked reviews before I went there it seems they have lots of awful reviews how can this Dentist still have a job torturing people!
