**Recipe for the Perfect Dental Office**…read more Take one part magician, one part artist, and one part dental genius to create your ideal dentist. Add a ton of experience and a genuinely kind chairside manner. Boom: Dr. Watkins. For his assistants, you'll need one part kindness, two parts patience, and three parts reassurance--for my visits, anyway. Slowly add all the technical knowledge and, I'm pretty sure, the ability to read the doctor's mind. Good luck finding that combination anywhere else. The hygienists are a little harder for me to review because I've only met one of them once. However, based on that highly scientific sample size, you'll need a gentle touch, a friendly personality, and the ability to make someone feel completely comfortable while poking around in their mouth. No small feat. Now, your front-office gals are going to be tough to replicate. Save up for the good ones and take very good care of them. They need strong backs to carry the business, big hearts to care for the patients, keen minds to solve problems and manage logistics, and quick hands to somehow get it all done within the workday. Mix everything together, add excellent care, clear communication, and a team that genuinely makes patients feel safe, and you've got Watkins Family Dentistry. I've had quite a bit of ongoing dental work, and while I still wouldn't call dental treatment my favorite hobby, this team has made the entire experience far more comfortable and manageable than I ever expected. I'm genuinely grateful for every one of them.

His office staff is nice and friendly and no one will make you feel bad about your teeth, no matter how bad they are. When I can afford implants, I will be calling Dr Watkins.

I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Burns. Both my dentist and Dr. Burns explained that the roots of…read moremy wisdom teeth were very close to my nerves. And although this made me quite worried, Dr. Burns took all of the steps to minimize the chance of nerve damage. After my extraction, no loss of feeling to any areas that I was warned may experience difficulties! I also had 0 difficulties in the recovery process. Also, I saw other reviews say that they received no reminders. This must have been fixed because I got text notifications leading up to my consultation and surgery, confirmation (C/YES) texts, and even a phone call before my surgery to ensure that I understood the steps that I needed to take beforehand.

We were referred to go over to Dr. Burns for an extraction by our dentist after an exam and were…read moretold it would be $200-250 (which seems high to me, but our family dentist of many years charges half of that). They told me later that this is not the normal person they refer to, but this is the only guy with an opening. However, we drove al the way over to this place they said on top of our exam we had at our dentist who referred us, we also had to pay exam fees AGAIN (even though there was NO ADDITIONAL EXAM) on top of extraction fees to them as well?!! For 1 Tooth extraction that took LESS THAN 20 min and no additional exam, they charged us over $330 !!! AFDENT CHARGES $120-150 on the last molar they took out. My old dentist charged $80 We had no choice because of the pain and it being late in the day. If you can, save your money and find another place to go . Tell your dentist DO NOT SEND ME TO DANIEL BURNS. Tell them to send you to a decent place that does not extort their customers that are in pain and charge outrageous fees. Also, they rushed the appt and did not seem to care. All about the mullah and getting money fast, not the patient
