Never gave them no problem I was 32 weeks with twins 4 days after I paid my rent I received an email about my lease being terminated . These people do not care about your well being just want your money. I cleaned that house spotless clean at 32 weeks pregnant even polished them floors and they still took my deposit and made it seems like it took 2 people to clean a 1 bedroom apt to get my full deposit.

After personally going to the office to explain about an issue we had in the home "a note was made" and the issue was never fixed. Throughout the week I called continuously but their phones were down so I decided to email the property manager. I received an email back quickly telling me they were sorry for the inconvenience but the phones were down and they could help me through an email. I explained only a few of my concerns and NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL BACK! At all about any of my concerns with the house that I paid for monthly! Finally I got tired of waiting on a response and about two weeks later (still trying the phone lines every day for that two weeks) I decided to email the property manager yet again with a very passive aggressive email telling them that I was waiting for their call and that it was very upsetting that they had not taken the time out of their workdays to help their tenants.. and yet again I DID NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE! I would absolutely NEVER reccomend this Realty company to ANYONE! If I only dealt with them for one single month and was ignored constantly and a hole remained in my wall for the entire month. I would hate to know what spending a year with them under lease would be like!

After our conversation we mailed a letter noting our phone conversation and specific concerns that we have. Two months went by with no response. We sent an email 5 days ago, no response. This Company has made a decision to ignore and blatantly disregard our concerns after being paid in full. Therefore, we would not recommend using this Company.
