And completed his glasses within a weeks time. Then, I (Richard) went to them, now that I was satisfied; and received Excellent service as well. What happened next was an extremely wonderful experience. My son came home from school on a Friday; someone had broken his glasses. I contacted Cohens; and they said to come into the store. We went in and were greeted by all the employees. Isabel (Cohens representative) helped us by replacing the frames for us in only 5 minutes of being there. This is what I call a Wonderful service. This may not happen all the time. But I (Richard) have to say, this is where I want to stay with my family and friends. There is no law like that. My mom doesn't speak fluent English, and she told the staff she would write her name, address, ZIP code, and phone number -- but they needed to fill out the rest. That's their job. But they acted like she was being difficult when really, she was asking for fair help. They refused to help her in Spanish and lied about needing everything in English only. That's not the law, and it shows how poorly they treat Spanish-speaking patients. Also, they have false advertising all over their billboard and signs about "low prices on glasses," but in reality, they overcharge for glasses that cost as little as $20. That's misleading and possibly illegal. False advertising can be reported -- and I'm considering it. We will be going back when my mom picks up her glasses, but I had to post this to let people know: This clinic does not respect everyone equally. They mistreated my mother, and I will not stay quiet about it.

He took my insurance card and pretty much forgot about me. He gave it to reception and they held onto it. About 20 minutes later as the representative worked on something else, I had to ask for my card back and he was pretty rude about it. Basically it was a case of what have you done for me lately.
