Called to have my dryer fixed. I told the man on the phone I thought it might be the timer. They came out on a Saturday and replaced the timer without doing any diagnostics at all at a cost of $370. When I tried to dry clothes the next day it was doing the same thing as before. After months of asking what they were going to do because I paid them all this money and my dryer still didn't work they finally agreed to give me half my money back. I finally ended up buying a new dryer but the service, workmanship and attitudes were beyond reprehensible. Stay away from this business, they're pretty much fly by night. We called Burrows two months ago to try to get our Samsung washer repaired (washer wouldn't enter spin cycle). He came out, said we needed a new suspension. Ordered, wait a couple of weeks, and installed, but the washer still wouldn't spin. Texted him to try to get it fixed, he eventually responded and came out, to troubleshoot (pulled up a Youtube video while doing so, not exactly inspiring confidence). This time we needed a new accelerometer sensor. Wait another couple of week, ordered and installed. Again the washer doesn't enter spin cycle. Try calling both cell and business, took two weeks to get ahold of anyone and longer for our refund to come through. read more

They came out and gave me an estimate. The cost to repair a drum bearing in washer. Called the LG washer repair department. The quote for the repair part from Burrows was $372.00. Jason (the owner} was very quick to respond to our washer dilemma. I like everyone else was in shock when my wife advised me that we could not wash clothes due to the washer not spinning and making an unbelievable noise. I googled the OE error code on my LG washer and it said to clean the filter. I cleaned the filter and that did not fix the problem so I did what most everyone does and called Sears. The customer service agent did not ask me for specifics and immediately quoted me the trip charge and said it would be the 7th of June before I could get service. Not having a lot of options I advised her that the 7th would be good and booked the appointment. After I sat and discussed having to go to a laundromat to wash our clothes I became frustrated and googled washer repair service and that is when I found Burrows ran by Jason. First of all he answered his phone on a Sunday, which was a shock and then he asked me what my issue was. I proceeded to explain my problem and he knew exactly what it was and how to fix it. He advised me that he could order the part on Tuesday and install on Wednesday and the cost was half of what Sears wanted to charge me.
