White Goods Services, INC, I am writing to express our great appreciation to your company, and especially to your HVAC Technician, Scott Helton, for the outstanding service, honesty, integrity, and his effort beyond the norm he delivered to us on October 23rd, 2017. On that day, in the midst of flooding from our air conditioner and our urgent call, he came promptly to our condominium after work hours, assessed the source of our problem, identified and accepted responsibility for the problem relative to service he had delivered to our system the week before, and spent at least an hour if not longer to repair the problem. He announced there was no charge for the service since he had made the mistake. Shortly after Scott left, the leak reappeared in another part of the AC system so we called Scott back and even though he had pressing family issues he was involved in, upon completing those issues, he returned to our condominium around 8 pm and spent the next almost 2 hours working to resolve the problem. This time, he successfully fixed the leak source. As a professional healthcare provider who believes true professionalism is going the extra mile in providing quality services for the persons being served, I was so very impressed with Scott's performance/work ethic taking the time to come after work hours, not once but twice, to assist with our crisis, exhibiting true integrity in taking responsibility for the problem, and going the extra many miles he did that night to serve us. My experience with the White Goods Services, INC company has been, as seen in Scott's performance, one of appreciation for professional, responsive service delivered by decent and responsible service personnel. WGS is a life saver! Our AC was on its last leg and we needed help fast. We were able to make an appointment online and we got a tech in the next day or so. Anthony was very knowledgeable and was able to help my husband and me decide on a course of action to fix our unit. He never once pressured us and was incredibly personable! On installation day, we got VIP treatment. Russ came out himself and put us at ease while he, Robert, and the rest of the team came to install our new Carrier unit. They were polite, clean, and mindful the entire time. Any questions we had, they had informative answers. Once they were done with all the hardware, Robert stayed behind to make sure we were getting cool air. It was a huge relief that our family would no longer 'cook' in an 85° house. A few days later, Anthony came back out to do our QA inspection. After a thorough walkthrough, we were assured we got a proper install and provided us with all of our warranty paperwork (which THEY submitted -- score!) for the new unit. Purchased a Carrier HVAC unit from RS Andrews 3 years ago and the motor blower failed. RS Andrews tried to charge me $456.00 in labor. The part was under warranty for 10 years. Went to the Carrier website to find an authorized dealer/contractor and found White Goods Services, who is a Carrier authorized dealer/contractor. Told them what the problem was and they came to the residence with the part ready to install. White Goods Services charged me only $250 in labor, of course with the service call fee of $99. RS Andrews had me waiting and said that they had to order the part. White Goods Services got my unit working in less than an hour and this was with their initial appointment. They were so knowledgeable where they had to make adjustments in the airflow where RS Andrews had the airflow at a point where it would just blast hot air all at one time and the airflow was not leveled throughout entire house. So recommend White Goods Services if you have a Carrier unit, where Carrier units are their specialty. read more

We Recently had to have a new Hydronic Heat and Hot water system installed. Rusty and his team were considered because they had worked on my 30 plus year old system, when no one else wanted to touch it, much less repair it. I trusted Rusty and his team for years. But time took over and we had to replace it. the placement was clean, neat and we were only really down Hot water for 1 day. Replacing an old system has its intricacies and we had to endure a few tweaks but Rusty and his team of expert technician's always came when asked. The staff in the office, the technicians, including Rusty were courteous and a joy to work with. No one likes spending money, especially on high end merchandise. Great service continues. WGS worked with my city inspectors to schedule, then reschedule an appointment to inspect the new HVAC installation. WGS has a person present for the inspection so that if the inspector finds a problem then WGS is there to address it. Our city is difficult to pin down to appointment times, though. So Rina scheduled and rescheduled and communicated with them. Then Wensley came to the house (and WGS ALWAYS lets you know with times and photographs just who's coming) and checked everything thoroughly. Asked us how we like the system. Spent time well while waiting for the city to show up. They didn't. The city inspector came by later, and everything passed beautifully. WGS will come out again in 6 months to check again. July 1, just before the holiday weekend and the heat "dome," my home hvac went out. i called White Goods Services at 7pm to request a service call. They returned my call the next morning, fit me in, and my ac was running again by 2pm. I was pretty sure it was the starting capacitor (which is fairly easy to diagnose when the capacitor is "bulging!"). Easy fix because they had the right part, then Wensley the tech did a thorough system check to verify cooling. Prompt, professional service with a smile, patience and good humor at an exceptionally reasonable price. W hat a GREAT team! Had an ancient HVAC removed and a new Carrier put in. Also had ducts cleaned. Starting with the communication, Rina is a joy. Then Rusty came out and was a wealth of expertise and information. No hard sell! Just helped us get the best possible outcome in our budget! Then on installation day--. Jack, Auvil, and Ryan were truly wonderful to work with. On-time, courteous, professional and proficient, even though it was a beastly hot day. They had to wrestle with old fittings, old equipment, and old spaces which they all did with grace and respect. And they cleaned up behind themselves so well you couldn't tell they'd been here. Rusty of White Goods service installed our Bousch Heating system 5 years ago. Immediately we noticed the different in the total warmth of our 100 year old home. And immediately we noticed the lower gas bills. As others express their frustration of higher heating bills, especially in the months of Dec thru February, our heating bill is half of our neighbors with the same size house. The guys from WGS were fantastic. Always on time and very professional. They did an HVAC change out for me that three other companies had told me couldn't be done. Rusty looked at the issues and came up with a couple of alternatives that would work. Great company! Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable service. I had a new heat pump installed several years ago, and it has worked perfectly since. So, I called him to put a mini-split on my new addition. The mini-split looks great, and works extremely well. Came out immediately to help us fix our oil boiler system (fuels our heat and hot water - went out in January). Russ was extremely helpful, was confident that he could get our system up and running (without a total replacement - $15-18k estimates from two other companies).
