Maksim initially scheduled with me for Monday but ended up calling later in the afternoon to say he could squeeze me in today. So wonderful to not be without my fridge all weekend! He diagnosed the problem immediately, remedied it quickly, and charged us fairly. He could have sold us a new compressor and we wouldn't have known the difference, but instead he simply cleaned it for a fraction of the cost. Maksim's honesty and professionalism has earned our business, and we will definitely be recommending him to friends!

The installers took their time to perfectly level the stove, were extremely courteous and respectful compared to when East Coast installed our new refrigerator.

We hired our own technician who figured out the issue, the fridge had a hole causing the Freon to leak, after which our technician discovered was just a symptom of a bigger issue. Honestly, I would not recommend this business because the unreliability of the quality of the product you receive along with the lack of help to resolve any issues. After this purchase I have vowed to only buy appliances directly from the original stores along with a warranty.
