This second generation, husband-wife team is as its name implies...good, knowledgeable, honest people, which can be difficult to find nowadays. First it was DJ and Barbara, and now it's Josh and Ashley...the apple doesn't fall far from the tree... really good people. Companies don't make appliances like they used to, so having a company like Integrity is invaluable. They do such good, honest work that they've established an excellent reputation, which means you might have a wait a little to schedule an appointment. But their communication throughout is fantastic...from scheduling to explaining the problems to deciding solutions. For years, we considered DJ to be a Blessing, and now feel the same about Josh. All I can say is WOW I sure am lucky all those other repair places didn't answer their phones and Integrity Appliance Service did! The two gentleman showed up on time and ready to work. I was no where near expecting a same day fix, yet that's what happened. My pump went out on my washer machine. They had the part in their service vehicle. I called Integrity appliance as my dishwasher was not working, they came out quickly and was able to explain what is going on and how to fix it. Then a few months later, my washer stopped working. They were here at 8am and fixed it! So thankful for them being able to fix it, how polite and kind they where and explained everything to me. Our fridge was on the fritz and we were out of warranty so we called Integrity Appliance service. Love that it's a family owned and operated business. It took no time to schedule an appointment and give a diagnostic. Our fridge was fixed in just a matter of 3 days (had to wait for ordered part). Josh told us how much the part plus labor and diagnostic would cost before committing to the work and it was very affordable. Great service!! 5+ stars overall experience. On time arrival to service call at a rental property of mine. My refrigerator had a common problem with this GE Model. The technician was able to bring the part with him and fix it with the first visit. My parents are elderly and called this company to service an upright freezer. The freezer was not freezing as well. On Tuesday 4/7/20 Someone came out opened the inside panel and told them the freezer was no good and it would be best to buy a new one. The next day their neighbor came over opened the same panel and proceeded to remove a block of ice about 3-4 inches thick. Guess what the freezer is working like new. They got their service fee and lied to an elderly couple. What a shame. If you do not want to be bothered do not offer your services. It's a shame how people treat the elderly especially with all that's going on in the world. I'm sure if the neighbor saw a block of Ice that thick the person that came out to service the freezer saw it as well. read more
