The problem is, I am not artistic. I reached out to Teddy and he walked me through how to have a photobooth to remember! He was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We went over different options and different components to make it one for the books. He worked around my busy schedule for the holidays with the set up time. The day came for set up, he brought everything and was very professional. We had a balloon garland with a back drop, fake snow, twin balloon elves and lights....the whole shabang! Christmas day came. Let's just say I saw jaws drop as soon as they saw the photobooth. It was an instant hit! So glad I was able to work with Teddy to have the photobooth that set the bar for our family gatherings. That said, the biggest issue during our visit was staffing. There didn't seem to be enough staff present to help monitor the play areas. Older kids were frequently in the 3-and-under section, and parents were walking into the soft play area with shoes on, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a designated space for little ones. Still a good spot for kids, just could use better monitoring.

The toys, mats, and everything else was much more presentable too because it is a newer location. Their party room was a great size, and the set up for the party was lovely for the kids. My only complaint was that the room was stocked with any supplies so anytime you needed something you had to hunt down a staff member and ask them to grab stuff when they should have had those items already stocked in the room (i.e. utensils, napkins). Overall enjoyed our visit and would recommend to other families looking for a safe, newer place for kids to enjoy and burn off their energy.
