This company is completely unprofessional and shows zero regard for their customers. I paid over…read more$500 for a balloon display scheduled to be delivered at 10:00 AM for an important office event starting at noon. For over two hours, we called and texted their number--no answer, no response, no communication whatsoever. It wasn't until I called from my personal phone that someone finally answered, claiming they'd check with the owner. Minutes later, they called our office and bizarrely blamed a "family emergency" as if that excuses their total lack of responsibility. If there was indeed a family emergency, they should have been proactive and transparent--not silent and unresponsive until the last minute. As of now, I still have NOT received any refund to my card. This level of negligence, disrespect, and incompetence is downright shameful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They will take your money and completely leave you hanging when you need them the most.
