He caught every detail, emotion, and candid moment beautifully, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his work and making memories last forever. Randy was equally amazing as our videographer. He captured the energy, emotions, and little moments we didn't even realize were happening at the time. He was professional, creative, and somehow managed to be everywhere without ever feeling intrusive. We already know our wedding video is going to be something we treasure for the rest of our lives. Honestly, having everything in one package made my life so much easier! I didn't have to go out and find a bunch of separate vendors, which was a huge win. They really listened to what I wanted and were there whenever I needed them throughout the process. We had calls along the way to go over everything, coordinate timing, and connect with the coordinator to talk through the flow of the day, and discuss what I did or didn't want included. We even choose how the Photo Booth print would look. All of this made me feel really supported going into the wedding. The free engagement shoot that came with the package was also such a great bonus and helped out a lot. Overall, I would definitely recommend if you want a more seamless, all-in-one experience.

We are missing a group photo that was highly desired and communicated in regards during our initial interview with Greg, the questionnaire the studio sent and of course during our wedding and time was allocated for this photo on our wedding timeline. Next we also contracted an audio guestbook with Soull Studios. Greg threw this into our bundle as a negotiating tactic and ultimately we went with Soull Studios because of this audio guest book. At our wedding we opted out of a traditional guest book because we were going to have this audio guestbook... unfortunately the day of the wedding Greg's team forgot to pack it for him but he had a "upgraded" one in his car. He had issues setting it up but ultimately told us it was good to go before he left. 3 months later and many messages and wait time we were told both items are lost! They said according to equipment failure We were devastated. We have no guest book and no main photo we expressed dearly was extremely important to us... They offered their apologies via text. We asked for a resolution. No response for two weeks. We sent another text: We asked for a partial refund of 20% that would cover the $200 audiobook and the last 20 minutes of photographer hours we paid for We were denied it They told us Greg called twice and left a voicemail. Nothing on our end. You would think a follow up text would proceed if we didn't "answer" the calls They told us no refund because over 600 photos were delivered therefore they honored the contract and because the value of the audio phone book was $0. They offered a photo booth experience as compensation and photo book as compensation. We agreed. Greg said he would send the link to have us choose photos to print. It's been over 3 weeks and nothing from them despite a text and email follow up. Soull Studios communication is consistent and great before you sign the contract. But afterwards it leaves you extremely disappointed I would not recommend Soull studios for any once in a life time moments. The communication and professionalism will disappoint you. Soull studios photo booth- was fine. The photos were delivered the next day and the photo booth worked perfectly all night.

Originally we could not get ahold of him for a little while when we first decided on him as a photographer but he reached out eventually so that it fine and I think we were just eager to get our engagement photos done so we wanted to get the ball rolling so it felt longer. Well we had our engagement pictures scheduled for the 9th of March, took a couple days to get a confirmation from him and then due to an unexpected schedule change I requested to change it to the 11th of March and he was fine with that (which we were very greatful for) The forecast said rain so he wanted to push the shoot and i took his advice (even though it was the one day of the week that it did not rain and was beautiful of course) and we rescheduled for April 15th. Then COVID-19 happened, I never received ANYTHING from him, I tried to reach out to confirm that the shoot was cancelled so that I didn't miss him being there if he was planning on keeping the shoot. I emailed him on the 13th and tried calling him and never got any response from him. From a business standpoint it was very disappointing for him to never even reach out and let his clients know that their appointments were going to be rescheduled. The courtesy of receiving anything from him would have been better than being left in the dark and not able to reach him. I tried to reach out again to touch base and inform him we were not going to be using him for our wedding anymore and his email is full. So I am assuming I am not the only one having this issue right now. Good reviews are not just about the end result. It is also about the customer service that you provide for your clients and this has definitely shown me a very unreliable side to to him and I would not want to rely on him for my big day in fear that he may disappear again.

The…read moreinitial consultation was great they seemed very interested with our wedding and even the day of the wedding was good but to get our videos and pictures was the biggest hassle the took 10 whole months to deliver our pictures and videos none of the pictures were touched up. It seemed to us that they only cared about our wedding until they got payed after that was tons of emails of me begging for our pictures and videos and them apologizing and asking for patience. Maybe my expectations were too high after seeing the pictures in their studio and website but don't expect your wedding pictures to be like that future brides.
