The home studio is small but perfect for new borns. Original we planned on indoor family shots but decided on front yard. The landscape design for her outdoor shots are incredible. We booked our appointment in mid September & although there were little to almost no blooms and the landscape was changing Diane's color choices and style were perfect. What I really liked was the affordability of her packages. Although I believe it is available for one stop shopping she doesn't require you to purchase prints. Which can take the price upwards of $2k not including the sitting fee. Her photos are not cheap by any means. Her eye for posing new borns is impeccable. The mama & daddy pics are beautiful. I'm updating this review because I recently received another promotional text from her business advertising holiday mini sessions, and it reminded me that this situation was never resolved. I would personally not recommend booking with this photographer, especially if you have young children or are coordinating a family. Things happen with kids, traffic, and getting an entire family ready. Based on my experience, there was very little flexibility or grace when there was confusion surrounding our session time--even though we were at the beach at 5:50 for what we understood to be a 6:00 PM session. What continues to bother me most is that no photography service was ultimately provided, yet the entire $175 payment was kept, and I was asked to pay an additional $125 to reschedule. Almost a year later, my opinion has not changed. I wish I had known how this situation would be handled before I booked, which is why I'm leaving this update for other families to consider before paying in advance.
