We contacted Tim immediately and he said he'd come back to fix it. He came out to look at it and blamed it on the people who refinished the pool - that they didn't clean off their boots from the previous white pool job. There are chunks of white in the bottom of the pool. I asked him to come repair/redo the blue finish when the season opened this Spring. For numerous reasons, that didn't work, so we agreed he would come when the season was over and the pool was emptied. He did come on the date we agreed and did fix one of the issues but then told me to fix the white streaks in the blue pool myself. In fact - he blamed ME for the discoloration. WHAT??? When I questioned this, he got really mad, put the cover on an empty pool, packed up his stuff and left without talking to me. Unprofessional...and really concerning. The product used was supposed to be guaranteed for 25 years - and our pool is super streaky. Tim - do you stand behind your work as you committed when we started this project?
