DO NOT CALL FOR THEIR"SERVICE"; IT DOESN'T EXIST. Notified us 1 1/2hr. before they were to transport guests to our wedding venue that bus broke down & unable to be there. An alternative arrangement was given for and ADDITIONAL $300(Ed was "splitting") the cost with us for a coach bus to transport). This bus showed up at our hotel at the time of the ceremony (1 hr. late); guests were already transported by hotel shuttle. Ed did not contact us when he promised he would while finalizing transportation(expecially day before with exact time of the pickup). He was rude to my husband when he had to call him to find out why the coach bus wasn't there when promised. He refused to refund ANY $ for his lack of transportation. This whole situation caused additional stress, on what should have been a joyful occasion of our daughter's wedding. This is a VERY unprofessional & unreliable "business." read more

We used them for our wedding and they were great. Sara our driver was right on time and checked in with us the night before. She was able to maneuver the bus in tight spaces without difficulty and super professional. It snowed two days prior to our wedding and the roads were still a little icy and she made us feel very safe and got us between our hotel, church, photography site and reception and back to the hotel without a glitch! Do not use this bus service!!! I used my card to put down $150 deposit and we owed the driver the other $350 upon pickup in cash. We paid the driver, we couldn't leave anything on the bus bc a new driver was picking us up separately. Then a week later my credit card I used to make the deposit got charged $350 without my permission or knowledge. I talked to Ed and he said they'd refund my card. Three weeks later and I have still not gotten a refund and they'll ignore my calls or make excuses once I finally do get ahold of someone. I'm disputing the charge with my bank and having them go after what was stolen. I wish I would have read more reviews before booking with them, never again. read more

Some of the most rude and unprofessional service I have ever experienced. Nadine was the most rude driver I've ever met. She kept telling us different times she would arrive and kept pushing the time back. She almost left half of our group in the city before we had to tell her to stop. We kept calling her to check to see when she would arrive and Nadine kept hanging up on us. I would not recommend this bus service to anyone. Take your money somewhere else. read more

Absolute WORST people to work with. I tried to book them for my wedding - spoke to the person in charge for weeks with barely a response. He said he'd contact me on Monday to put down a deposit and when I checked my email, he informed me that he gave the business to someone else, and offering us a school bus instead. Absolutely terrible. Made about 50 people late for my wedding because the bus was over 40 minutes late. Owner lives far away and his drivers don't down him and they don't even care. Waste of money. And good luck getting the owner to call you.. I tried calling and discussing plans for about a month and it was always the same response "call me again in a few days I'm out of the office". I would not choose this company again. After paying the security deposit for the bus I did not hear back from the company until I called them the day of the event at the time we were supposed to be picked up. When I called the company they told me to call the dispatch to see where our bus was. Turns out the dispatch company had no paper work for us. An hour and a half later the dispatch sent us out a bus explaining that the price Bus1111 gave us was bogus. I guess this explains why their quote was about $200 below the other companies. I had 32 people waiting at our pickup location. Bus1111 did not contact us at all to apologize for the situation. Did not offer to give us our deposit back. Just a bad overall experience. read more

I was debating using this company for our wedding transportation as the price was reasonable, however, after reading these reviews I changed my mind, and I'm glad I did. The owner, Ed, called me and asked me when we're going to finalize everything, and I had let him know we received a better rate from another company so we had to go with that option. He gave me attitude about it. Note to company: Don't give your potential customers attitude, that's not going to help you get business and it's going to result in poor reviews like every one on here so far. Well, I wish we would have read these reviews before booking this company for our wedding. I guess they are called Bus1111 because of all the 1 star reviews. Truth be told, I would give them a big fat 0 if I could. These jokers were supposed to pick up a bus load of people from our hotel and bring them to our ceremony. When they didn't show up on time, my soon-to-be-wife called, and they told her "oh, we thought your wedding was tomorrow". EPIC FAIL. I don't understand how or why they could possible think our wedding was a different day, when the date was the subject line of all the emails we sent back and forth. I guess they are at a grade 1 reading level. For the inconvenience, the girl on the phone said they would knock 50 dollars off. When we complained, she bumped it up to 100. Nope, still not good enough. Not for screwing up one of the most important days of our lives. They were two hours late, so at the end of the night I just subtracted 2 hours from what we owed, which I think equaled 200 dollars less. Then I tipped the driver because I figured it wasn't really his fault. Looking back I shouldn't have paid them any more money and only tipped the driver. They didn't really seem to care about the whole thing. Horrible customer service from these guys, and I wouldn't recommend getting a ride around the corner to get some water ice, let alone using them for such an important event as a wedding. 1 second is all it takes to realize how much this company sucks at life. read more

Do NOT take this service. They're not responsible at all. I placed my order for the bus from them on Sunday. Our trip was on Saturday we were to leave at 8. 8 comes and goes with no bus. I'm calling and calling with no answer. Finally almost 9 they answer. They tell me 'oh sorry we weren't able to get the bus for you guys. We called wildwood and we need a permit for that place but we weren't able to get it. Sorry but you're SOL'. So now I'm panicking because 1.) this is a trip for about 40 people with only 5 cars between us 2.) the owner isn't even trying to give us an alternate option for this trip. We're struggling to figure out what to do. I asked them why they didn't get a permit ahead of time. They're answer .. ' well we just took out the deposit on Friday so we tried to get the permit then also and they said they couldn't and the permit store is closed on Saturday.' So I'm confused because I had to even remind them to take the deposit out of my account on Friday. If I hadn't called them they wouldn't have done it. I'm pissed because they're so irresponsible. I shouldn't have to be the one to tell you how to do your job. Not only that but when the owner was confronted with the fact that he did wrong he tried to tell our leader that I did wrong. He tried to lie that I'd only let him take the money on Friday instead of the fact being he forgot and I only reminded him on Friday even though I gave him my information a week in advance and we'd been in constant contact for weeks before that. He then tried to lie and say it was my fault because it was supposed to be ME who got the permit. I asked him how I was supposed to know that and he snidely said well he just assumed I should know. I then was able to beg my neighbor who is a bus driver if she could find someone for me at extremely short notice. She was able to and when I asked both drivers if I was supposed to get the permit I was given a resounding no that it's part of the payment and they're supposed to do it. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If i could give negative stars i would. I signed up for yelp only to write this review. Run quickly away from this company and do not give them any money. We rented a bus for a bachelorette party last weekend. We ended up stranded at the last bar we went to and all of our possessions taken (camera, phones, keys, coats, drinks, etc.). Come to find out they double booked the bus and went to pick up another party. They didnt come back for us and we had to uber home. They finally agreed to bring back our items the following day, but things were missing including my brand new camera. I have been in contact with the specific drivers (Willie and Mary) and the company (Ed and Jason) and nobody will take responsibility. The drivers said they gave us everything and the company says they subcontracted out the job and didnt authorize the additional party pick up so it isnt their fault. Everyone has been extremely rude and unapologetic. I filed a BBB report today and will file a police report if i have to. Do NOT give these people your business. read more
