The bus itself was extremely nice, basically a limo. The sound system was great. The bus was stocked with ice and water, and we could bring our own coolers and bottles. Our driver Mitch was a saint, accomodating several requests and just being an all-around great guy. I'll definitely request him again if I ever need to transport 20 people.

It was a pleasure doing business with Elevate Rides. Their website provides all the information you need. Blair was prompt and very helpful in answering a few group-specific questions. Everyone at Elevate Rides was professional and followed through on what they promised. Our driver Mike was great! He contacted me the morning of the event to confirm details, including the meeting place, and arrived there on time. He was very conscientious about wanting everyone to have a great time and was personable, engaging and even funny! We chose the south tour and it was great. We stopped at and got out at some of the many homes. Some of the displays were synced to music and all of them were incredible in their own way. The bus itself was immaculate and stocked with water, cups and paper towels. The heat was adjustable and we could stream our own music. One consideration ... if you are close to the passenger limit on a party bus, consider booking the next larger bus. The bus we were on was for 11-13 people. We had 9 and were comfortable but and I don't know how 2-4 more people would have fit. For the price of the next larger bus, it might be worth it. Overall, fun was had by all and I highly recommend Elevate Rides for all your party bus needs!

Not only was the price competitive (group of 12) - the entire operation had thoughtful touches such as ice/water, trash bags, and more. I've always been nervous that would happen to us again. But, with Grant Professional Car and Limo, they sent a large black full sized SUV that easily fit all our luggage plus nobody had to sit with a suitcase on their lap. The driver also called the night before to confirm pickup time, which was reassuring. I also found their cost to be significantly more reasonable than any of the other companies I looked at. I called him to inquire further about his behavior which resulted in him screaming at me from the top of his lungs. I never post any reviews anywhere but decided this should be a PSA to NOT hire this guy. And if anyone is wondering if it's made up I have both email and recorded proof of our conversations.
