Today I met Josh Busby, owner of Busby Doors. I looked him up in the yellow pages after having experienced a failure in my garage door opener. Josh responded immediately and arrived on the appointed time. This was a joy for me since every one I called was not available to work on my garage door. I am a very hard customer to satisfy in terms of customer service. Josh went WAY beyond what I consider minimum standards of customer service. After my garage door installed by another company went off the rails and was seriously tweaked, Josh got it operating quickly and more smoothly than it had ever operated before. When I called him back to make a slight adjustment, he not only did not charge me for the labor, but he also threw in a significant replacement part at no charge. Busby Door put in our garage door opener about a year ago. So nice and professional. Now the good part... We just had an issue with the door opener, went down slightly and then up again, lights flashing etc. I read the instructions, but it was all in "Greek". I decided to try and call Busby, even though it was a Sunday, and the dear man just walked me through what might be the problem (sensors out of alignment). Called Busby at about 2:30 on Friday. Came right out and charged extra for that convenience. Needed new torsion springs. He was there about 20 minutes. Knows what he's doing. Charge was about $905. Seemed high to me. read more
