Well someone did show up this morning, unfortunately they did not follow my direction and mowed my neighbors front yard as well. I reside in a duplex and instructed them not to mow the entire other side. I hope they are not angry with me about that. Also, my backyard although small was not mowed, only a weed wacker was used. I am hoping for a better experience next time they come. EDIT: The team came back 2 weeks later, the job they did was much better. They did a really good job on the cleanup much more so than before. We were very disappointed with Bush Doctor. They are inconsistent and our yard never looked well maintained. They kept on charging us wrong amounts and, when we pointed that out, came up with vague excuses. In the end we paid in full just to get rid of them, and they left us with a broken pipe and an unkempt yard. Terrible communication, bad work, and the leader Dan is very unpleasant. read more

Dan from Bush Doctor does not keep his word nor does his crew have any consistency. One time if the right guy is there, they may do a great job, the next time they visit they may have a different crew and do a lousy job. Dan personally came by upon initial contact and quoted us a fee that included using products to lessen the weeds and thicken the grass. We used them for two years and the weeds just got worse, the edging bled out and the overall yard looks lousy. We contacted Dan and he said he would look into it; more than once, and we never heard back. So we quit paying for the service until he contacted us, at that point he denied saying he would look into it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Terrible job just done by their crew. Blew the neighbors roof off and figured it was easier to blow it over the fence and into my yard instead of cleaning it up. Same for the street gutters. Just push it over to my house - the drain is down the street past the house you were hired to clean up. Miserable fail on their parts. Would not hire or recommend. read more

Rude workers came around running their lawn edger outside my door at 7am. They're laughing to each other about it. Hire them to disturb your neighbors. They don't care about curfew times. read more

One of the worst landscape contractors I've ever worked for. Dan does not know what he's doing and there's only one employee left that actually has a tangent of information. It's a garbage company I would not use them. Dan has no utilized intellect on this industry hands down. Good luck if you use them. read more
