Of course, no show so I texted them to give them a benefit of the doubt and again scheduled another date and time and no show again. This is typical of businesses up here having constant work but when there isn't they look for you. Time to move on and give someone else a chance. I called around and got a quote from a another company that was absurd and that was without seeing what I was looking to do. I called another company and no answer, so 3rd time is the charm, I called RLM and they answered and said they could come to my house and give me a quote within 40 minutes or less! So they came over gave me a quote (which was super affordable) and said they could do it same day! So they came back within the hour and cleaned up and hauled away debris and trash and I was impressed and super satisfied, they were super friendly worked fast, I know who I will be calling again next time I need this service. Also, that 6,600 pound Beast of a vehicle you have seen darting around town is NOT meant to target all those "Tech Bros" with a McMansion, 2.5 kids and a Tesla parked in the driveway, lol! There were 3 guys each working very hard to clear the weeds and other yard debris from my property. I have NEVER seen a landscaping crew 3 men deep. The more hands, the quicker things move! One guy even ASKED me if it was OK for him to trim the dead areas of my little 4 foot palm trees, which I thought was hella COOL, as I have hired TWO other companies to do the same job and NOBODY EVER mentioned or even touched my two little palm trees. The work done: valves that leak , timer 1 disconnected on the ground, timer 2 not programmed to run the whole system, 90% hoses that don't deliver water , 1 hose system that delivers enormous amount of water but NOT to the ground. Job verbally guaranteed for a month , and not honored . Basically the manner in which the job was done was 30% for which I paid 100% out of seeing/expecting the best in people . I'm frustrated and disappointed. Do not hire nor waste your money/time with this business . I'll submit a complaint to the Best Business Bureau as well .
