We hired this company for landscaping work twice. The 1st time was in September 2025, and Francisco…read moredid an excellent job! He removed the roots carefully, paid close attention to detail, and surprised us by applying weed killer between the pavers and shrubs. Our family was impressed. For the 2nd visit in March 2026, unfortunately the company did not meet the same standard. We communicated via the same number, so they were aware of that we were interested in the same work as before last year (weed removing, trimming of tree shrub) This time, a different employee (H.H.), performed the work. He trimmed the trees and shrubs a bit more quickly than Francisco did, which was not an issue in itself. However, he didn't remove the overgrown roots, but rather just trimmed them, which caused the plants to grow back much faster than before. He also didn't apply any weed killer. After we paid via Zelle, we noticed that our 24-hr security sign had been snapped in half and left on the same spot it was planted. No shrubs were around that area. The employee didn't mention to us at all, but when we asked him what happened, he initially said he didn't know. Only after we saw pictures showing that the sign was intact, he apologized. Additionally, another blue security sign next to our AT&T fiber box was missing. The sign had been in place for months and was clearly visible from the driveway since the shrubs didn't fully cover it. The worker claimed he never saw it. We understand accidents can happen, but the lack of communication and transparency is unfortunate. We are likely moving on to another company.

Whatever questions you need to ask, he will answer via your text or calls right away and get back to you as soon as he is able to. Communication is the thing that I really value from the contractors. Many of them never answer nor return calls right away. His price is also very reasonable. I am glad to meet him, and I will calling him if I need more work to be done.

I called another company and no answer, so 3rd time is the charm, I called RLM and they answered and said they could come to my house and give me a quote within 40 minutes or less! So they came over gave me a quote (which was super affordable) and said they could do it same day! So they came back within the hour and cleaned up and hauled away debris and trash and I was impressed and super satisfied, they were super friendly worked fast, I know who I will be calling again next time I need this service. Of course, no show so I texted them to give them a benefit of the doubt and again scheduled another date and time and no show again. This is typical of businesses up here having constant work but when there isn't they look for you. Time to move on and give someone else a chance.
