When I made initial contact with them, it was difficult to communicate with the person on the other end but after some time I was able to provide them with the information needed to give a quote. During the quote process the person mentioned the possibility of using OEM parts instead of aftermarket parts which could also bring the total bill down. He then told me he'd call me back in a few minutes and hung up. Once he called back however that's where my experience turned sour. Without any explanation I was told my only option was to use aftermarket parts and given a quote higher than I had received elsewhere. I confirmed that he could not match the other shops quote, and was performing the same work. Once it was confirmed he could not match their price I thanked him for his time and told him I would be going elsewhere to which he decided to cuss me out and hang up on me. I can't believe someone would treat a potential customer like this especially when the repairs would have brought a couple thousand dollars to his business. If you need work done on your car, seek a business who will treat you with respect and be transparent.

He came out, took pictures of my vehicle, then started saying that they can start stripping my car down to do work and if any frame is bent, that they will bend it back to fit the new panel they'd put on. But if any is bent, I dont want it bent back, because once metal is bent it is never the same. I told the man this and that I am a blacksmith, and he said that I was correct, but he has worked on cars for 30-40+ years. I stayed respectful, but decided to pull my car out of their lot. All they want is my money, not my safety. Terrible service, find a different mechanic, all they care for is money.

I can say that no matter how hard a stare at car and look at different angles it looks good. The only minor critiques are that they send you a link to an app to check status of car, but no one updates it so it is not helpful. My car was delayed for a few days and over the week, but I was able to work around it because I work from home and use ride share services. I wasn't thrilled the last day as they called me in the am to say that the car was ready and being detailed. I waited all day and no call. Finally at 4:00 I just headed over as I was running out of time to Uber there. It took them a while to get the paperwork and key found, but the car was out front ready to go. The minor inconveniences aside, the people were great, the repair looks great and I would go back again, but hope I don't need to.

She hit both the guardrail on the left side and all the way over to the rail on the right. The car sustained both front and rear bumper damage, headlamp damage and the rear tail light assembly was completely gone. I saw that the vehicle was leaking antifreeze ( the radiator had to replaced. First thing Monday after reading reviews I called and talked with John at Revennaugh's. He couldn't have been nicer, or a better listener. I had the car towed from Laso Wrecker ( more nice people) over there Monday. By Tuesday morning John was giving me an estimate and said that he would make it drivable as I requested and have it done and ready for pick up Wednesday afternoon ( including a new radiator). When we got there Wednesday, it was like a miracle. The bumpers were tough but reattached, new radiatir, headlamp and cover, taillight assembly, and even repaired wires that had been chewed by animals near the computer. John and his crew got all this done with a very reasonable price and great attitude! When we got there his place was very busy. I was so grateful to have found him and he found time to help. Thank GOD there are still people focused on service, not chasing the dollar. He was a blessing.
