The gentleman that arrived was very polite. Explained how he would be hooking up car. We were traveling in the correct lane to proceed straight, while the company vehicle was in a designated turning lane. When the light turned green, we proceeded straight as expected. Instead of turning, the driver also attempted to continue straight, nearly forcing our vehicle off the road. This was extremely dangerous and could have resulted in a serious accident involving my entire family. The driver's demeanor afterward also gave me the impression that he was aware he had made a serious driving error. I strongly believe this company needs to be aware of how its drivers are operating their vehicles and should take incidents like this seriously. When a company vehicle is on the road, the driver's actions reflect directly on the company. Thankfully, we were able to avoid an accident, but the situation could have ended very differently. I hope management addresses this matter and takes the necessary steps to ensure the safety of other drivers and families on the road. Please do better.

I would not recommend this company. They delivered my truck…read morefrom the body shop after a fresh paint job. Everything was fine until they began unloading it. The driver failed to ensure the tailgate was secured (which I have on camera). As the truck was lowered, the tailgate dug into the ground, bending the hinges and ultimately causing it to come off. This also resulted in damage to the newly painted truck and the tailgate itself. The driver was polite and apologized, stating he would report the incident to his boss. However, the owner never reached out to address the situation. After waiting several hours, I called myself and was met with complete disregard for the damage caused. I requested that they at least return and tow the vehicle back to the body shop. He briefly agreed, then hung up on me. I have since followed up three times and sent two emails with no response. At this point, I will be pursuing a civil case, as this damage is clearly the company's responsibility.
