The local owners also own an internet service provider. They provide VOIP phones with good quality and blazing fast internet service throughout the suites. The internet is included in the rent, but there's a very nominal monthly charge for each phone line. If you need office furniture, the owners also have a dealer relationship with a prominent office furniture manufacturer. They'll sell or lease you the office furniture. The offices are within walking distance from The Fountains, a short drive from other amenities, and easily accessible from Highway 80.

To continue receiving all our mail, Regus wanted to increase our monthly charges by 300%. I told them three months before the end of our contract that we could not renew under those conditions. That's how our original House Rules said we were to cancel the contract, by telling center staff. However, Regus had uploaded new House Rules to our account with NO notification or indication that they were new, so we were expected to know that we could only cancel online. They expect us to pay for mail service that won't even receive all of our mail. Fortunately, we were able to stop the credit card charges, but Regus has sent us to their collections department. I have been fighting with them for six months. We are using another vendor in town and are much happier. Beware of Regus.

Kelly proceeded to say that it wasn't going to affect her paying the mortgage. Their offices are probably nice, but Kelly sure needs to take a course in professionalism. We will never use this place again and encourage people to look for alternatives.
