I'm writing this review about a year later after our 2 sessions. I was willing to do whatever it took to get back on my feet after numerous attempts at therapy whether it was through my insurance provider or private practice. I was a bit skeptical at first about hypnotherapy and life coaching because of the heavy price tag attached but here's what happened. We had a counseling session to see what was going on in my life and how we could go about regaining my clarity and confidence. She helped me realize that there was a lot of past trauma that I had to forgive myself coupled with the bitter truth that my self-destructive tendencies may not have been my fault but is ultimately my responsibility to address. I'm not too sure if the hypnotherapy programmed my subconscious that allowed me to take more action in my life than floating around. The month after our sessions I made more progress in regaining my health by choosing healthier foods and cutting out smoking. I also found a new hobby of swing trading and opening myself up to diversifying and growing my wealth from my savings, severance check and Unemployment Benefits. Our free phone consultation sold me based on her friendliness, compassion, and knowledge of this therapeutic technique that I've casually dabbled in since 2016. I instantly purchased several sessions. Back when I first started working with her, she was helping me with stress and anxiety. Because I had such impactful, life-changing, and lasting results, I reached out to her again this year to help me with other challenges because I knew that Jackie would be the right person to help facilitate these shifts. I've only met Jackie virtually via Skype and Zoom. This makes it super convenient for appointments since I don't need to commute to an office and can get the most out of the EFT exercises from the comfort of my home. I like that Jackie affirms my thoughts/feelings, and often tells me she resonates with what is on my mind. It helps me release any judgments toward myself. Jackie's also my biggest cheerleader, celebrating any big shifts which occur every session. I feel very safe to feel, emote, cry, smile, and laugh during my video calls. I often feel like I overcome obstacles and achieve some state of emotional peace after our sessions. She also records parts of our sessions and sends me the audio so I can revisit and practice the exercises on my own. My most recent experience with Jackie is something I super highly recommend! I purchased a 4-session bundle which includes 8-weeks worth of recorded EFT exercises to do at home. These recordings are just as good as her video call sessions and really helpful for maintaining self-care in between video calls. I started this 4-session bundle right when the stay-at-home order started. So for me, quarantine involved a lot of much-needed self-care! :) Why do I do this instead of traditional therapy? Because even though insurance would help pay for traditional therapy, I'd prefer to invest my out-of-pocket $$$ in something that is much more effective for long-term results. There is a lot of value here. And yes, I've tried other unconventional forms of therapy. EFT works for me and maybe it will work for others too. To each their own. That said, if anyone is looking for an EFT practitioner, I'll be the first person to say, contact Jackie! She's awesome! But be warned, you gotta be willing to go deep. Like, childhood stuff. Amazing things will happen if you do.

She scheduled a free 30 minute appointment to discuss both what I was looking for and what she would/could do. It sounded valuable-and I was feeling pretty hopeless-so I signed up for five sessions, which were done via Skype. I won't go into a lot of detail about tapping and how it works (ask Jackie directly!) but I can honestly say this was the best, most life changing experience I could imagine. Jackie is really supportive and gets to the real issues. To say she changed my life and saved my marriage (actually after 3 sessions) is not hyperbole.
