I was looking to place a display ad "advertising" and classified which is one of the driving forces of revenue in the print industry. I called August of 2020 for 2 weeks, not only did they not answer a voicemail picked up "I'm calling to spend money" and no one picked up in 2 weeks. Finally the end of 2nd weeks an account rep decided she could get around to calling me back, at that point I was thankful my background in marketing and media was still sharp, not only did they lose out on revenue, I saved the money and found a happy new homeowner through alternate online sources! That's sad, wonder how much revenue they lose weekly conducting business as if we're still living in the 80's and they're the only source for advertising?
