She helped us decide on the fabirc and cut of each shirt (I'm kinda picky about the feel of shirts and my husband is picky about the necklines). All provided us with excellent service and fruitful conversation. We were amazed with Maury who is from Guinea. We learned that he speaks his native language (French) and English. He said where he's from English & French are spoken. There are numerous people who can barely speak English. Bravo Maury and it's great to have you in the USA. Pleasant, well spoken, a gentleman and extremely strong. With his height he could be an NBA player. Then there is Hymie. Always a smile on his face despite doing heavy lifting and working diligently. He was the mechanic on hand and was there with his handy tools dismantling furniture, only to put them back together at our new apartment. While wife had taken the car to put gas in it, I told Hymie that the woman in 5he house would always change furniture arrangements around. When we arrived at the new place my wife began saying where she wanted everything to be placed. Hymie looked at me and smiled. He had been forewarned. The leader of this great team was none other than Anthony Wright, and his demeanor and joy was infectious. Always making certain his crew was working to our satisfaction. Then we started talking food, and there is truly not a more fun topic. We learned what he liked to eat as we told him we loved to cook. We've set a dinner date whenever our new nest is completed. Thank you Anthony, Maury & Hymie for treating our belongings with kit gloves and seeing us through the exhausting task of moving. Do yourself a favor and do NOT hire Juan and JC Granite Design GC! For one thing he's working…read morewithout a license that he allowed to lapse. So he has no L&I contractor license! I discovered that he'd let it lapse the month after we signed my contract. My $38,600 remodel for which Juan took my money in advance is STILL unfinished after a year! Three other contractors said it would have taken them 2-3 months max. And he had me prepay him then abandoned the job with my walls and ceilings unpainted. And refused to do the very FAIRLY offered compromise of painting my tiny 1100 square foot house when he arbitrarily (without consulting me first) installed cheap T-111 (basically shed siding) instead of the quality Hardie siding, soffits, fascia, metal flashings, OSB, and moisture barrier called for in the contract. He FAILED to install a moisture barrier at all! As disappointed as I was--I still offered to work with him and offered house painting exchange / trade-off for the expensive and quality Hardie siding that the contract delineated. Instead, he's ABANDONED the JOB! I also kindly offered him a reasonable trade for the kitchen cabinets that he did not paint. But this guy is so dishonest that even when presented a gift he takes your money and runs! He had SO many emergencies (van stolen, tools stolen, truck stolen, truck breakdown) for which I as a very KIND human being ADVANCED him payment. For my reward, he stopped doing the work! And only came once or twice a month on Sundays IF I begged and begged him! That is how cruel and dishonest he is. And that's AFTER I was SO kind to him--paying him in advance due to all of his emergencies. Further, the quality of work is horrendous! So much more to document, but as a beginning...He haphazardly installed all of the outlets and faceplates that were originally straight--on angles. Some he installed 2/3 up the wall and forced me to insist that they be moved back to original placement so that elders, children, and disabled would be able to reach them. This should be a given! then, the sheetrock patches to the holes he created are ugly! And he and his crew sheet-rocked over one of my primary wall outlets. When I asked him to put it back, he made a huge ugly hole in the wall that bugs and rodents can enter through. After he took my last checks for $1,000 and $3,000 in February he stopped work, then would only come on an occasional Sunday when I begged him to return to work. Then, he would come and say he forgot the tools needed--every time! My home is a wreck! And to give you an idea about his character--I'm a 73-year-old Elder woman alone and he doesn't care that I prepaid and helped him out when he had all of his various emergencies. He took my money that I had carefully saved for years and years for my dream remodel, and then failed to complete the job, and ran. I even offered him to settle by refunding $8,500 of my $38,600 but he refused. So sad. Don't hire this unlicensed ripoff contractor.

His superior investigative skills are exemplary. When given a task, he perseveres until the job is complete. I have never met a businessperson as rude, irresponsible, and unprofessional as Mario…read more I have hire speedy service to deliver 2 sets of my legal paper: complaint and summon to the defendant. I sent him the file via email, and on the email, I wrote "I also have a few forms that I cannot attach a signature to it, please advise how can I do that." He did not answer and went ahead and sent the paper, of course an unsigned summon is invalid. First his defense is I cannot provide legal advice, excuse me? I am not asking for a legal advice, it's simply administrative. Then he said, "it skipped my mind; you should have ask me again" and he has the audacity to say I served it so fast, I should have charged you rush fees. Excuse me? I didn't request a rush service. He was shouting throughout the entire conversation, " I work with a lot of big law firm, they all know what to do" how condescending is that? I am not your big law firm client that's why I asked. Then I received the proof of service as you can see in the attached photo, I told him it is not legible, he insisted that it is my printer's problem, because he work with a lot of big law firm and no one ever have this issue. I printed out the email his server sent to prove that other print jobs from my printer does not have this problem. Only the proof of service has this issue, and it is the most important document. He argued for 30 minutes and reluctantly fixed the issue and sent me the 2nd version as attached too. It is corrected finally but the main point is he does not have any willingness to even investigate his poor quality job instead blame it on the customer's equipment. I have him served 2 sets of documents. On the job's details, it lumped two documents in 1 job. And repeated the same under other job. I asked him to have list only one document with each job as I have to file the proof separately with each case in court. He said his software cannot do that, because the two case was sent in at the same time. The documents were sent in on Two separate files though. Again, there is absolutely no willingness to try and ensure the accuracy of legal documents. He kept stressing,"my job is only serving the documents, I'm not allowed to look at your documents." Although this is his main responsibility. Do you agree given the strict requirements of legal documents, the core responsibility of a process server is to ensure that due process is followed, meaning the recipient receives proper and timely notice of the legal action. (Especially when the plaintiff raised the question and it just skipped his mind.) Serving incomplete or potentially flawed documents could undermine this principle. A quick review for signatures and dates is a responsible and ethical step for a process server to take in order to ensure accurate and reliable service. Everyone made mistakes, I did too, but a professional should be willing to work with the customer to find a solution instead of holding a hostile attitude simply to evade any responsibility.

I respond by saying that I am selling anything and that I am looking for computer work to be done and had obtained his number from Yelp and asked if this is the correct number. -I am told it is the correct number, but I become concerned about the customer service that has been poorly showcased from the very beginning of answering the phone. -I told him I didn't think I was in need of his service anymore because he was being a stinker. He said great, find someone else.. Certainly, with ease. If you are operating anything with any sort of professionalism, might i recommend answering your phone calls with a 'hi, this is____, thank you for calling_______, what can I help you with?' Take some pride. I've worked in different environments of customer service for well over ten years, this attempt was rather sorry.
