I had them do some binding on a book I was putting together. Very helpful. Did a great job. I had made a mistake on one of the pages. I brought it back. The clerk cut off the binding, punched holes in the new page, re-bonded and no charge. Isabelle at check was just a nice person. Helpful, full of energy, but professional. The amount of misinformation at this place was mind blowing. I am giving it 2 stars because the location and hours were convenient. I needed a stamp to mail one letter. I was okay with buying a book which they said was the same cost as at the post office but couldn't tell me what the value of one stamp. What they charged was not the same cost, it was $19 for a book of 20. They also said I could not use postcard stamps on a letter, which is not true. As long as the value of the stamps put on the letter is equal or greater to what is needed, you can use any combination of postage stamps. I should have taken the time to look up the information but I didn't want to hold up the people waiting in line. Do NOT trust the information you get here. 1st off, I read the package rates. The box wasn't heavy. About 24 lbs. I have always been told usps was cheapest. But no no no.l, thos store Cassandra on the receipt my spouse brought back said " ya it was about 24lbs & she said ups was the cheapest". I looked at him and asked how much. It was over $100. That's a rip off in every country. I called UPS, they said 50lbs with $100 insurance is $99.08. It was half of that weight and cost more. Had I known my spouse didn't want to go literally down street to fed ex or down 1 mile to ups... never again. I can understand a lill uncharge but this was insane. Please don't lie to consumers who don't know. Lying to my husband that UPS was cheaper the usps was enough. Charging 4x ups and they still have box at site and never picked up yet. Ugh. read more

I went to get a picture blown up last minute, because my guy that I usually go to ended up canceling on me. I took in my frame they looked at it and printed out my picture and it fit perfectly like a glove. And it wasn't an arm and a leg just for the photo I'm highly impressed by their customer service as well as the urgency that they provided to me, knowing that I had to have it done within a couple hours. I'm so dissatisfied with your prices. I didnt know my husband was going into your store instead of the Post Office. I already had the Small Flat Rate box taped up. All you had to do was type , print& o tape to the box & hand to the driver. So now instead of $7.90 for the Post Office for your tape & typing cost over $15. I could understand $10 but wow. I will never use this company again!!!!! I used Postnet on 176th and Meridian in Puyallup to send a Halloween costume to my granddaughter in CA, and I needed it there the next day. The employee guaranteed me that it would be delivered the next day, but it wasn't delivered until Monday, Nov 2. UPS told me I have to go to Postnet for a refund, but Postnet is refusing to give me one. They claim there was a sticker on the top of the receipt. Something about no delivery guarantee due to COVID-19. No sticker was on my receipt, but they are trying to say I cut it off (which I didn't). Really poor business practices. I paid over $150.00 to have the costume packed and shipped. I'm willing to pay a fee for them packing it, but want the delivery fees refunded. read more

I had some SkullCandy headphones I needed to RMA back to Salt Lake City. Instead of shipping cross border from home, I held off until my visit to Puyallup. When I walked in, I had a slight wait of 90 seconds and was provided attentive and courteous service. Staff helped me choose an appropriate envelope and gave me advice on the best way to ship it (which was actually cheaper than what I had originally asked for). The only issue I had was that she told me the total before ringing in the cost of the envelope and the taxes, so I was a little disappointed when it jumped up a couple of dollars. This is very customer service friendly business. They are not typically opened on. Sunday but I stopped in as they were doing some other work inside of the business. They took my package and gave me a hand written receipt since their computer was not open, just to accommodate my need. That is great customer service in my book. When you call they are friendly and try to answer my questions to the best of their ability and give shipping advice. The newest business of this type that just opened in my area was very rude so I will continue to use this business. I use to go here since it was closer and I thought prices were good but after my last experience I will never use them again. They totally overcharge like crazy! I spent $40 just to mail a small package that would have been $10 at the post office. Never again will I make that mistake. And once in line at the post office this old lady was telling me how she went there and they tried to charge her over $100 to mail presents and on top of that she bought a $100 box from them just to mail her package. The girl who helped me with the copy machine was very patient, helpful, and friendly. I needed a lot of copies made for a home loan. There was legal size copies mixed in with regular size copies. Some pages I didn't need to copy at all and I was very particular about the order. She helped me mail them afterwards as well. I was able to focus and make sure I had everything I needed together instead of stressing about making copies and mailing them. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I went in on 3/26 and was helped by a young lady(who wasn't to friendly) and was shipping an 8 lb item to NY. I asked for the cheapest, and signature required...after about 10 mins...she says the lowest is around $72.00 dollars...I said are you kidding? She said no, the shipping alone is $56.00...I said why was it around $30 on USPE website? She said, they are larger and can give better rates...and I said fine and left. I then went to another shipping store in Sumner, WA...SAME ITEM, SAME TERMS...and IT WAS $28.00 TOTAL...that was packing material, box, shipping, signature required and UPS shipping service.... Called on a Saturday to ask a question about prints. Never got a call back so I decided to drive there. It was not busy at all. I had the lady that was working print 10 colored prints and left. When I got to my destination I took a closer look at the prints since it looked awfully dark. The prints were not printed in color. It was black and white. You had one job. One. I copied 5 sheets, music sheets. It cost me $ $3.72. The clerk copied on oversized papers and i asked her to trim the edges. She charged me $2.00 for cutting. I needed to get some really important documents off my email and my home printer wasn't working. I went to postnet and asked if they could help me get these documents! I worked with Alexis and she made the whole stressful process so easy! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with my documents! I have used them several times now for getting documents and shipping! I also think it's super sweet that right outside they have a clothing rack with coats on it for anyone who needs a coat! I should've drove to the post office and sent priority there, the girl who helped me asked what I was sending I showed her a pre workout plastic jar and a GLASS bottle of liquid drops that were wrapped in bubble wrap. She started taping my bubble envelope which was the original envelope. I thought it was going to be placed in something different to give it more protection but no. Usually these types of places assist in what's best for your package to get there safely and not in pieces but I guess not. They do give a waiver to sign to cover their butts when your package arrives in pieces. I guess a lot of people's packages haven't been arriving like it should. I was charged $22 for 3 day priority, and I know usps would've charged a cheaper rate. Will never use them again because one of my bottles arrived broken and leaked through everything.
