This was a particularly sensitive move of a 90 year old to an independent living facility which involved anxiety and concern on the part of the senior. Anthony and his team painstakingly ensured that each piece of furniture was protected and carefully moved. When elevators at both locations couldn't accommodate a large wall unit, Anthony's team undertook the Herculean and unanticipated task of stair carrying the two large pieces down four flights of stairs and up two more at their destination. Had to reschedule because only one person was available on the day I scheduled, and the work required at least two movers. Rescheduled for the next day with an arrival time of 12-1 PM, but they weren't able to arrive until 6:20 PM. However, Anthony (the mover) was very courteous and as accommodating as he could possibly be. Him and his assistant mover were very quick and hard workers, and were able to load up our 16 foot box truck in approximately 2 hours. Wouldn't have been able to get it done in time without them, so I'd recommend their help. read more

Anthony was extremely responsive and was available to arrive an hour after I called. We needed a heavy, unwieldy lounger brought down from upstairs (16 stairs with mid-switchback landing) and a new loveseat to be brought upstairs in its place. The Wright Move team was highly skilled in making this happen with no damage or wall-scuffing whatsoever. They even installed the wooden feet on the new loveseat for me. Friendly and professional.
