After arranging pick up with seller & (BHT&P) They showed up in force with six incredible and knowledgeable men: Andy, Brent, Tyler, Trey, Jacob, Aaron and Bryan, plus some unique equipment, especially designed for moving Hot Tubs! They even had a sled to move it across the snow and ice driveway. In less than two hours, it was moved flawlessly and placed exactly where my wife and I wanted it. Truly professional!!! They have been very helpful with the purchase as well as helping with the replacement of some pieces that were installed improperly and damaged the pool. It was a pleasure dealing with this company. In a phone conversation, I finally insisted on the return of my substantial down payment, as the hot tub I ordered was not going to be there on the date or anywhere near that date as promised. I know, as I called and talked with the production company. He proceeded to lie, tried to argue, then when he knew he was caught, he used foul language, and then immediately hung up on me. I called him back the next day, told him I was shocked to hear him use those words and hang up on me. And, he lied again saying he did not do this. I told him I would be there to pick up my deposit on a particular day (a few days later), and if I did not get it, I would report him to his superiors and do whatever necessary by law to get my money back. So, I did end up getting my money that day and went elsewhere. Don't know if he is still there. But, if you happen to go in ask how long the manager been there. If longer than 2 years, beware.
