I visited this particular Harbor Freight Tools store in Ross Township, PA. As I walked around the store, no employee greeted me. I could not find a specific product, so my husband asked the cashier, and she pointed and told us roughly where to walk. I noticed that Harbor Freight Tools sells many in-house brands that competing retailers do not sell. Their website lists brands such as Bauer, Doyle, Franklin, Hercules, Icon, Pittsburgh, Predator, Vanguard, Warrior, and many others. I chose four products to purchase. At the checkout counter, the cashier immediately greeted me, scanned my products, signed me up for the store's membership program, processed my payment, and thanked me. Compared to Home Depot's prices for similar products, my package of sand paper here cost slightly more, my package of screwdrivers cost significantly less, my paint brush cost slightly less, and my gloves cost significantly less. Furthermore, the membership program allowed me to select one free product from a table, and I chose a pair of $2 gloves to receive for free. I have not yet used all of these products, but they appear to be a good quality. I am not sure yet how they compare to competing retailers' big-name brands, but Harbor Freight Tools's website says that the quality is similar and the prices are lower because they cut out the middleman. The store's policy allows returns and exchanges within 90 days, and tools have a lifetime warranty.

We ended up taking it to a guy we found on Facebook called Milich Small equipment repair in new Alexandria. He had it running and working for less than $20. We ended up giving him $100 tip because he wouldn't take anything for service. I do not recommend Fletcher. There are a bunch of crooks and they don't know what they're doing. The only reason we ever went to them was because they did one of our push mowers. And they told us that it was fixed they had to put a new carburetor on. Which somehow cost more than a lawnmower. So if you need repairs done, I will go to milich small equipment repair. he charges a flat rate of $50 for a service or less if it's something small. Any charges you when he get charged for the park. So if the park cost $20 to him he charged you $20 nothing extra like Fletcher. The carburetor that they put on our lawnmower, ended up dying like two years later. When Dan put on the new carburetor on our push mower, it cost the same amount. And he told us that it was a Chinese version that they put on that's why I didn't last that long but they charged us $300 for the carburetor.

My car has keyless start and entry fob with a valet key in the back to get in if the battery dies or something. Anyways, Walmart, Lowes, and Home Depot wouldn't cut them. They would only cut keys that were purchased from them. Anyways, I tried this place and lucked out. They have a much better key cutting operation than any place I've ever seen. So many options were available, but they were more than willing to accommodate me. The older gentleman took my two blanks and my original without hesitation and began to cut them before my eyes. He was done in a jiffy and the price was about as good as it gets. I will make it a point to come here in the future or recommend to anyone else to go here for key cutting services. Besides that, the staff was very friendly and quick to help. The store seems to have a larger selection of items for a smaller place. It's always nice to support local business.
