Busy Bee Cleaning and team are fantastic! They were very reasonable in price and the job they did was amazing. We have been in this house for a little over a year and it has never looked so clean! They take attention to detail to a whole new level. Every nook and cranny was dusted/vacuumed and spotless. Even the vertical parts of the stairs are vacuumed. They also tidy up and organize messy areas like my daughters toys or the items strewn around the master bathroom sink which I am awful about. My wife loved it especially before our new addition coming in a few weeks. I usually go with the highest rated/reviewed companies I read on yelp and they backed it up and deserve the 5 stars. Wow - just wow! Busy Bee just cleaned my house and I couldn't be happier. They did a terrific job and hit all of the nooks and crannies. We have minerals in our well water which makes cleaning the toilets challenging, but they did a great job. The workers were very pleasant and worked so hard. Requested urgent deep cleaning for kitchen and bathrooms in a rental we just moved into. The owners had not had move-out cleaning done, and we didn't want to unpack until things were clean. Busy Bee Cleaning came out to clean my townhouse about 2-3 weeks ago and they did beyond an amazing job! Stephanie and her crew (there were 4 total) worked fast and efficiently. If you are looking for a cleaning service that really takes pride in their work and REALLY cleans then this is the company for you :) Just to given people an idea of how thorough they are - they cleaned the top of the fridge, cleaned the doggie door flap, scrubbed the grout in the bathroom till it was as white as it could get, and they cleaned every blind in my house till they were sparkling (they did more but these are some of the highlights). Busy Bee has been quite the lifesaver. My house is just under 4000 sq. ft., so it's a doozy to clean. As a family of four with two full-time working parents and three dogs, I joked with Stephanie, the owner, that I usually had to do it in phases and that it was neverending - one week was the main floor, the next week was the basement, and the second floor was usually neglected since we had to clean the main floor or basement all over again. She was absolutely fantastic and pointed out what all needed to get done and what they would take care of during the first clean. Short of folding your laundry, they do it all. :) They've been incredibly accommodating of my dogs, and have left my home looking fantastic. It is such a relief to me and possibly to my family (since they have to deal with me barking orders about what's getting cleaned next) to know that our house has been cleaned properly and taken care of. It makes our weekends so much more enjoyable. I'm not sure how to compare pricing, but given the size of the house and the quality of their work, it's reasonable. We tried hiring another small company a few years ago and found that while the prices were low, the work was shoddy and the schedule unreliable. With Busy Bee, you're on a set schedule and if there are any deviations, they let you know. They're also incredibly flexible if you need to cancel one week or make adjustments due to events such as birthday parties or get-togethers. Highly recommend Busy Bee. :) read more

They passed his "white glove" test (he checks frames , fans , top of fridge and blinds every time ) We like that they bring their own paper towels and that they communicate with us! How do I give Busy Bee TEN STARS? All I can say is - WOW. I have to admit, our house had gotten pretty grimey. This was our first experience with a professional cleaning service and we were definitely not disappointed. After checking out the Yelp reviews for various companies, we called Busy Bees for a quote, as they were consistently rated at 5 stars, even though they only had 16 reviews. Stephanie was extremely pleasant and clear on the phone, and really helpful in customizing the services for our needs and setting up a time to come out to my home. They were very efficient and thorough, and her crew was also very pleasant. They arrived on time, brought their own equipment (Dyson vacuum), and cleaning products, and immediately got started. They also wore disposable footies throughout, which was greatly appreciated! They were here for 3 hours, and tackled 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining room area. We were most impressed with the bathroom results as I am currently pregnant and could not get to the bathtub corners and stains, which Stephanie spent a lot of time to get the stains out. The results were impeccable! I later learned that Busy Bees had been in this business for 16 years, servicing various NOVA areas, (including the Fairfax, Haymarket, Manassas area). And while they currently do not service the Vienna/Tysons area, they still came out for the job, and really went above and beyond what we expected, on a Friday evening! Called Busy Bee for a deep spring cleaning. Stephanie and her crew did an excellent job and even worked late into the evening to get it all done. I reached out to Busy Bee Cleaning based on their incredible Yelp reviews, but was left very disappointed. This review is not based on the quality of their actual cleaning as I could never get anyone to come to my home to give me an estimate (as they require). I emailed using the "contact us" form through their website and got a quick reply from Stephanie asking when she could come look at my place to provide me an estimate. I was looking for monthly recurring service and I indicated that on the form. We selected the following Tuesday for Stephanie to come out. On Tuesday afternoon (a few hours before she was scheduled to come) I received a voicemail from someone saying that Stephanie couldn't make it and needed to reschedule. I understand that things happen and so we agreed to reschedule for Thursday. On Thursday Stephanie never showed up and it's been over a week and no one has contacted me. I re-arranged my schedule just to be home on the date and time we selected and I find it highly unprofessional that I was essentially stood up and that my time was wasted. Based on my experiences, this business is unprofessional and unreliable. If you are looking for cleaning services it appears that Busy Bee Cleaning may be too "busy" to take on any new business at this time. read more

Stephanie is amazing and helped calmed my nerves re: an uptight buyer I sold my home too...
