We hired Sandra's Cleaning for a move-in deep clean of our large home. The deep clean was supposed to include cleaning inside cabinets and appliances, but that clearly did not happen. Three people rushed through the entire house in under three hours and left without a proper walkthrough. There were still hairs in the sinks, tubs and showers barely touched, sponges left behind the toilets. But the biggest issue was the kitchen. In a move-in deep clean, the kitchen should be pristine. Instead, it was filthy. We had to wipe every cabinet and drawer ourselves with 409, and the cloths came up covered in dirt and grime. It was obvious the cabinets hadn't been cleaned at all, and the insides of the appliances were not done. By far the most important area, and it was neglected. This wasn't just not a deep clean; it wasn't even a good surface clean. We paid for a move-in deep clean and did not get what was promised. I would not recommend Sandra's Cleaning. I wish I could get a refund.
